Abbe Flemming was the absolute best. She was so helpful and we connected on a personal level. 10/10 recommend her aid. She pointed out the many different configurations we could have with our couch. Again, she was the best!

We recently purchased a sofa sleeper from Bob's Discount Furniture, and our experience with Sales Associate Oriel was outstanding. Oriel's extensive knowledge, helpful recommendations, and commitment to finding us the best deal made our shopping experience a breeze. His professionalism and exceptional customer service left a lasting impression on us. The two guys who brought and put together our item, were very courteous and pleasant. They worked well together and got the job done quickly. Removed all their tras and on to their next job. I will definitely use them again.

Extremely unprepared and left us hanging.
We placed an order and were contacted by the sales associate from the store to go over all of the details for our upcoming delivery.
The person on the other line seemed more worried to make sure I had her name in case I wanted to buy more things from them. She specifically told me if I was approached by anyone one to advise them she would be the one helping me.
We went over protection options, dates, and I stressed to her more than once that because of where the items would be dropped off, the delivery team would have to present real IDs, she mentioned that she took notes and forwarded it to her manager to ensure we would not have an issue with it.
Come today, day of delivery, and I have been waiting for an hour and a half since I received the automated call letting me know they were 10 min away.
I have no been contacted by anyone through any channel to let me know that the team wouldn’t be able to complete our delivery.
When I called in I’m being told now I have to wait until the 3rd of next month, even tho it’s was their mistake they will not work with us to make it right. Very disappointing.

Furniture choices are great. Enjoyed every salesperson I made contact with. They were all so eager to help and answer all my questions. So happy to purchase my beautiful bedroom set from Bob's! Thank you to Nina & Ralph for your help! I'm absolutely thrilled!

I love the service day, and Audrey was the best. She was so gracious and didn’t wasn’t pushy and let me make my own decisions up and she gave me her unbiased opinion and I appreciate that very much. I’m glad I purchased a couch there.

AVOID this store at all cost. Diane the manager rude as hell and they lie. Was all scheduled for delivery and was told after waiting months everything was in and got a text saying my order is delayed. I called and the rudest people answered and that is when I hung up and Diane called. Both Diane and the other lady can't get their stories straight and I am beyond pissed. NEVER will I come here again.

Needed to purchase living room and patio furniture for my new home. Was frankly nervous about spending so much money and making the right choices. Audrey made the experience so pleasant. She was knowledgeable about all the products and spent a considerable amount of time answering all our questions and guiding us. Highly recommend.

My first time going to Bobs Furniture and was approached by Nina Martinez your Guest specialist. Very genuine and helpful I appreciated her services. Her customer service was amazing and I advise to go seek her out for all your home needs. She made the purchase fast and easy.

The people at the store did a great job of sharing their knowledge of the items, and even looking things up on the website.

However, it is going to take three weeks to get the stuff delivered. That’s ridiculous. If I had known it was gonna take that long I probably wouldn’t have even gone in the store.

I bought a new rug 8x10 from the showroom and my dog one day after I got it had a rash on her stomach. I took her to the vet today and she had a very definite reaction to something. I love the rug but I vacuumed it and there was amazing amount of stuff in my vacuum and then I shampooed the carpet with vinegar and baking soda solution and the residue in the water was filthy. I'm not saying it was used in returned but something was definitely wrong with all the fuzz and all the dirt. I contacted the store and they never returned my call and again let me stress I love the area rug but hopefully the vinegar and baking soda solution I'll make it safe for my dog. My vet recommended an allergy reaction medication so $200 rug $200 vet bill. I have bought a couch and ottoman and a Bob-O-Pedic bed and I love them all. Just be cautious

A large selection of items and an excellent sales associate helped me find the perfect furniture for my new home including timely delivery.
I was however not at all satisfied with either of two mattresses purchased at Bob's. I found much better quality and pricing at another Coachella Valley mattress retailer.
