15My sales person, Rosa, did a great job. She was not pushy. I found the couch I wanted and we ordered it fairly quickly.
I really enjoyed my experience at Bob’s furniture in Chula Vista. I was immediately greeted by sales representative Rosa and she was so engaged, supportive and helpful. She was able to help me in getting a couch that I was looking for in several areas but was unsuccessful. She walked me through the financing process and was able to get me approved with 0 interest and 0 down payments. As someone that has struggled financially but has been working hard to recover, she made the process as smooth as possible and for that, I thank her! I was also able to get my couch delivered just a few days out! Super excited to enjoy my new couch!
Worst service ever. I do not recommend this place! I repeat I do not recommend this furniture place. They lie to you regarding your delivery eta, so they can get their commission. They delivered us a broken table and without its chairs or bench. Then when they needed to replace table they drop off the wrong amount of chairs and wanted to come unannounced. To top it off the customer service representative was extremely rude. I still have not received an item they promised before January1st I am just over it, it’s my bed frame and it was about cheap. I still need to buy other furniture items but not here.
I really like the store and they have nice products at good prices. I've been helped by Manny and Rosa who were both amazing and dedicated employees. I will be back. I love my mid-century dining room table! Really good value for the price and when it was delivered, it was on time and they totally cleaned up everything it took away all the trash including the boxes so that I didn't have to put it in my trash can. Top service!

Online order that presented some difficulties but the sales agent handled everything with perfection.
POS Delivery drivers. They first changed delivery messing with our schedules.
The day of delivery they texted they would arrive in 30 minutes, 7 minutes later they called and said they were outside and were leaving. I got home 6 min later and the Aholes had left.
My disabled mother is coming to visit and needed the pull out bed because she can’t go up the stairs.
Garbage company says it’s up to the drivers if they want to come back.
