I'm frankly very disappointed with the service. We've had no word regarding our order. We were told we should hear on Thu and pick it up on Fri. It’s been Mon and no word on it. I’m not getting any response via text or phone. I’ll be happy to change the review if I hear back.
This was my first time buying a new couch and we found our dream couch at a great price, the store is set up in a way that makes it super easy to find the specific things you're looking for, and the employees are top tier! Abe helped us out and was FANTASTIC! Literally couldn't be happier!
I share poor reviews about goof proof warrantee. Sales person made like any and all issues were taken care of. Goof proof. $200 for 5yrs. All phone #s are outsource numbers. Roosters crowing in back round. Consumer lose Bob wins.

Evelyn had so much knowledge about the different sofa's and was really helpful to my partner and I as we picked out a budget couch. She didn't pressure us into purchasing sofa's at a higher price which we both really appreciated. We had a great experience at Bob's.
If I could give a -5 I would. My sofa sleeper is so uncomfortable. It's completely caved in. I have sciatica and I am not able to get comfortable. They refuse to replace it or give me my money back.
