Perfect for simple, quality ice cream

Banana Splits that I bought on Friday had rotten pineapple in it. I have never had bad service or was given rotten something bad. I told her to throw it away but I don't think she did. She did offer me a new banana split, however that taste lingered in my mouth.

The lady Michelle who works here has a terrible attitude and needs dental work with her jacked up teeth. Go to the fosters on Whittier Blvd.instead.

Can't beat the price to happy ratio. Not gourmet, nothing fancy, but Hits that quick fix for soft-serve and their other offerings.

Cash only, Love the soft serve slush floats. A lil something for everyone in the family. One of our gave Sunday night places to go.

Great ice cream but will not be going back because the girl that was working the evening shift on 2/25/23 was so rude. I can’t believe people like her have jobs in customer service.

This place might be bent out of shape just like me. But. It is a memorial palace for many generations who have stopped by for a delicious treat.
I've brought my children in the 90s which are all grown.now I bring my grandkids.
We enjoy our treat and share the different taste.

I’ve been here a good dozen times and the same young woman was always working. Love this place & it’s shakes. However new worker is extremely rude, went about my usual order. She asked something about the order which had never been asked so I hesitated a bit and asked her to repeat herself. She then was very rude, said something to like of “yes it’s just two toppings it’s not that difficult” when I responded that I wanted everything on my sundae. She asked again what two toppings, mind you there is no list of toppings only a blurry photo reference so I said whatever it usually comes with. She was clearly upset she had to repeat herself and the proceeded to list the toppings to double check I wanted everything. So I don’t understand why ask what two toppings when the sundae comes with everything like the previous dozen times I’ve ordered.
I don’t know, she was just rude and curt. I understand that it can be difficult but a customer asking one question shouldn’t mean immediate irritation. She really needs to work on her customer service.

Have you had a very bad service by this person and also the mom? She was very rude with my little brother she told him to “FUCK OFF THEN “ because my brother was missing $. 25 and my brother is 10 years old…
