We went to a couple of places they was very kind their stuff is clean and I think that's the one they let you look around without tying the person up

My husband & I are Canadian snowbirds wintering in Hemet, CA. We purchased a Cavco park model from Rick at Bob’s RV and couldn’t be happier with our experience! Rick was very knowledgeable, straightforward and reliable. The process was smooth from start to finish. Weather delayed the delivery of our park model but when it arrived we were very pleased with the quality and construction. Bob’s set up crew were great! They were very attentive to make sure everything was in place before they left. Minor service issues where attended to promptly and the one year warranty will allow us to itemize any deficiencies we notice and have them repaired when we return in the fall. It is clear to us that customer service and satisfaction is a priority for Bob’s and we unreservedly recommend them to anyone in search of a new or used RV

Bob was great! Super knowledgeable and had tons of product on the shelves. Instead of selling us parts he referred me to a mobile RV repaid man for my situation. Can't ask for better ownership than that. He took care of me over the dollar and I appreciate that more than anything

I recently purchased an RV from Bob's RV. I was an out of state buyer, coming from Phoenix. I dealt with Rick and am very happy with my purchase. I found them to be honest and feel like I got a very fair deal. It's always a little dicey buying something from out of state, but they were very upfront and honest about the condition of the RV and kept me updated the entire time. I would not hesitate to buy from these guys again. Awesome job!

Plenty of supplies prices in-store great don't order anything here. Staff are helpful but seem rushed or inconvenienced to help you.

Bob is very meticulous with details. Very helpful. Very nice. Very by the book. Would go back there again, when the need arises.

Family-owned business that treats one as family: they fit you in right away in an emergency and provide good, friendly service on other repairs. If they don't stock a necessary part, they can order it and receive it promptly.

The guy at the register was so mean. He yelled at me in front of my kids for no reason, I was looking to buy a replacement key and lock for my rv compartments and instead of being helpful he just yelled at me for not knowing exactly what to buy. I will not be back here.

I just bought a used RV at this dealer with Rick, no sale pressure tactic, everything is go smooth and professional with reasonable negotiation,
It was about 100 miles from my apartment but I am happy to deal with this dealer instead with others very close by,
I am highly recommend for anyone about Rick and Bob's RV dealer when you need an RV, and I will be back for parts and repair.
