Fast service, decent prices. Was able to almost match Tire Rack price. Noticed a lot of weight on one tire (tech didn't take the time to remount and get a better weight distribution). On past job, I had to bring back a tire that was mounted improperly. Given a crazy high qoute to mount some drag radials- went somewhere else for 1/3 price. Plastic hub cab tabs were broken by tech on another job.

If I could put every employee in my garage at home. Life would be wonderful. That's it. Can't compliment them enough.

Guy on the phone was rude. Finally said to bring my car in for an estimate. When I got there he told me there's a week and a half wait. Could have told me that on the phone and scheduled an appointment. It's not like I live close either. I will NEVER go here or recommend them

Had to get one of the cars smogged. Very friendly, helpful, approachable staff. I had an appt. Car hadn't been driven in about 8 months so had to go drive it on the freeway for awhile and then they got me right back in. Check the inside out regardless, lots of cool things to look at great stories to listen to.etc, and there's still a big bird in there to squack at'cha! The only downfall I think peeps might have is it's not air conditioned real good it doesn't have a vending machine and its kinda dusty. There is ample seating, a tv to watch if u have to wait. There's even a food truck in the alley way behind bobs, there are magazines to look at.bring your own and then leave em for others if u can! Parking can be a little confusing but once u realize u can park directly across the street u realize there is ton of parking.

Bob's Tire is always fast, professional, and clean! I've taken several of my vehicles to them over the years. Whether you need a little air, flat repair, new tires or engine work, they are always friendly and helpful!

Local family owned business. I've been going there for over 15 years. I think I've bought around 4-5 sets of tires from there for a great price with a good warranty. Also I had some service work done on my old Chevy and never was dissatisfied with what they did. I also had a tow hitch installed on my Subaru from them and they did a great job and the hitch was delivered within the week because I was waiting for one from U-Haul but they took forever so I ended up cancelling theirs and went with Bob's

Previous experience with Bobs was good until our car wouldn’t pass smog due to 2 monitors. Was told to drive it for a distance and come back. When I returned, 1 monitor had reset but left one opened. Was told to drive some more. When I returned for recheck I was told to go drive the hell out of it some MORE as he slammed my hood down. Will NOT return there again and don’t mind spending the money for yet, another Smog check to get professional service elsewhere.

We are from Oregon trying to make our way down to Anaheim for our daughters cheer competition and had one heck of trip including 6 hours of standstill traffic in blizzard conditions, turning around to back track a 100 miles, barely finding a hotel, 5 hours of sleep, traveling over a crazy pass with snow and ending in Red Bluff in hopes to get on I5. Well, we stopped at Raleys for food and realized we had a flat tire. They just had a big snow storm and half the town was closed. To top it off, our spare had no air and the gas station had no air. I called Bob’s Tires and told them my situation. They had one of their guys come get my tire, take it to the shop, fix it, bring it back in under an hour. To say I’m impressed and so grateful is an understatement. That is absolutely amazing service and we wouldn’t have made it without you. Thank you so much!
