Body Basics Physical Therapy

I've been to Body Basics several times on different occasions, and the service there is top notch. Scott Hunsaker treated me for a hand injury. Honestly he's the best physical therapist around. I highly recommend His office.

One of the most caring and nurturing clinics that I have ever been to. The therapists and the aides alike are so kind. Jonny is such a knowledgeable and down to earth therapist!

Have been using Body Basics for many years and they have always helped get and keep me moving. All good, until this AM - have always been on time or even early for appts. Left with plenty of time to get there today. Major freeway closure happened and called about 40 min prior to let them know i may be 5-10 minutes late. Receptionist said fine, she would let them know. A few minutes later she called back and said that they couldn't see me if i wasn't there AT my appt time. A bit surprised, to have that said to me, I said "so if i am there at 8: 20 its ok, but if its 8: 25 no? " she said correct. Some babble about short staffed - I had a pre set appointment - and thought I was being courteous by letting them know i would be a few minutes late. And there have been many times they called me to ask if they could move my appt so the therapist could leave early, and all but once i accommodated him.
Something has changed here, and this confirms it - very sad.
