I've been coming here for
16 years, and the workout is never the same. I never get bored. I'm challenged every time, and I love Coaches PJ and C-How. They help me accomplish things that I would never think of doing by myself.

I've been working out with Coach PJ for about 6 years. Doctor Heidi and Coach PJ are the dynamic duo. Both are caring and knowledgeable in their field. Coach PJ keeps my workouts fun and keeps me healthy at 76.
