Got food poisoning. Terrible fever and diarrhea. I’m concerned about food safety at this location.

2 times we come here at 4: 30pm - only 3 parties, lots of staffs but the service was really bad.

Both time our soup got plastic wrap inside.

Will never come here again.

Hot Pot was decent. Fair prices for the items ordered. They need to work on their drinks menu.had the Jasmine Milk Tea and it didn't taste that great. Service is OK considering the current OD situation with most of the restaurants in the area.

The bad:

The food is kept at an actual boil and if you ask them to turn off the flame you have to smell the gas residue for the rest of the meal. The pots are too big for the tables and the flames overheat your drinks which are in disposable plastic cups.

The good:

The overall flavors were pretty good and the vibe in the place is very fun.

Word to the wise:

They list the spice level from none to flaming. I got mild, one above the none option. It was insanely spicy.

The hot pot is served very quickly, usually in 5 mins. Lunch is around $15 and has free rice and free drink (green tea or red tea). I wish the hot pot could has less cabbage though.

Great service. Good for both groups and single dinners.

Lunch is better value because they give you free tea and there isnt a long line for lunch. The only thing I don't like is they dont let you customize or substitute items on your hotpot. I would have liked to be able to change or sub things even if I had to pay extra.

Food: 4.5
Staff: 2
Restaurant: 4
Parking: Easy on a not crowded day

If you come during lunch, you'll get a drink, hot pot, and rice for a dollar cheaper than dinner. If you come for dinner, you're drink is not included.

The staff didn't seem to nice and didn't know much about the menu. They don't allow any substitutions to your hot pot. I ordered a drink but they sold out of it, i was looking forward to it.

The bowl is great, I wish they gave more meat. What's interesting is that they give us the hot pot that's already cooked, THEN light the fire. I let it heat up for a minute before I asked them to turn it off.

They have a small selection of drinks, I tried the longan tea and it was wayyyy to sweet. It was like drinking syrup!

Recent price increase and looks like they are giving slightly less food as well. Will not be visiting again.

Good standard Chinese / Taiwanese hot pot. Would def reccomend the lamb and beef. Tip the letter L next to some the bowls are for large! Hence the extra cost. Big bowl of smaller bowl keeps me full. Really like the little refreshment at the end of the meal free of charge. Not to mention happy lemon is in the same plaza

This style of prepared hot pot where all ingredients are tossed in for the diner at the same time, from the start can easily over cook some items like thinly cut meats. On the pricey side given the amount of proteins vs other filler accompaniments.

We couldnt find the waiter to shut the flame off. The food was too hot to eat. They could at least left the flame cover with the customers to shut off their own fire.

This soup was hot, temperature and taste. The soup was really good and added a lot of flavor to the meal. But the service. I get that you are busy but I had trouble getting a waiter to bill me a bill and take my card. I ended up using cash instead just to get out of there.

We had the best asian noodle bowl EVER at Boiling Point. The food is SO GOOD here. So good. I wish we had one near where we live so I could go there every day. Great staff, great food, great atmosphere.

Very interesting place for this Midwestern guy. The seating procedure was very different, and I'm still not sure I understand it. But what I do understand is that the food is delicious. I went with the House Special, hot. The stinky tofu and pig intestine really expanded my food horizons. The broth made everything meld together to form an amazingly cohesive soup. Service was great and they were more than willing to help this newbie through the process. I highly recommend going here if you want to expand your palate or stick to what you're used to, but prepared in a while new way.
