Great experience purchasing a vehicle (2012 Ford Fusion) from this business. Fantastic staff, clean office and good selection of vehicles. No sales pressure, honest folks, no added BS fees. I just have to say that although a small dealership this place has a bigger heart in the car biz Then any major dealership Honestly my experience with Alex who helped us was great I did not buy a car. I chose something else that Fit our Kids circumstances but I would definitely come back in the future And try to buy a car here. Just bought a used nissan sentra and the transaction was smooth and efficient. The boktor motors team brought great service to the table and made sure I was happy with my purchase. Never thought it would be this easy to buy a vehicle. Definitely recommend coming here if you’re looking for a good quality used car.

It may be small and look cramped. But they have nice vehicles, and are very polite. I bought a 2010 dodge journey and even though it had some small issues they fairly worked with me and we came to a satisfactory price. I would 100% buy from them again in the future.

Edit as of October 2022: While I did get a good deal on my Jeep here, I should have gotten this inspected before I actually bought it. Been spending thousands fixing it here and there on top of making car payments. And the car needed a deep clean when I bought it. Please do your research and make sure you get it inspected before making the purchase. It was my mistake then cause I wanted a car right away.

Not a bad place to buy a car, if you don't mind dumping 10K into it after for repairs. The mechanics they use to check out their cars are as blind as Ray Charles. Get a Pre Purchase Inspection from a dealer or someone you trust.

I was just looking for a decent vehicle at a reasonable price, and the guys at Boktor motors were very friendly and very helpful on what I was looking for and I enjoyed the fact that they were completely honest about the vehicle which I liked about. Overall these guys were amazing and I will definitely come back again to purchase another vehicle. And as for Albert who helped me, hey give that military discount.lol

I’m very happy with Boktor Motor. I was looking around to buy my own first car and Alex was super nice and helpful. He genuinely gave me the best advice and I never felt pushed to purchase anything. I eventually decided for an Nissan Altima 2012 that I really liked! Albert who helped me with all the paperwork was really nice and friendly with lots of humor. I felt very relaxed and comfortable making my purchase with Boktor Motor, especially since I’m not an American myself.

However on the second day when I fully got to try my new car out on the free way I noticed how my car made this loud and whiny noise and couldn’t come up fully in high speed. Turned out that my car’s transmission was broken. I was so sad and disappointed. However Boktor Motor took their responsibility and fixed my issue at zero costs. Non of us saw this happening and it was inconvenient for all parts. Alex kept me updated and was so kind and motivating. Also Brant the owner and Karen were all very service minded and so friendly. I really felt that they did everything to make me as their customer as happy as possible. They even put on new tires and changed the alignment for free and gave my car back in a perfect condition, even better than I imagined! I’m so far very happy with it and can highly recommend Boktor Motor!

Had a great experience purchasing a car from Boktor motors about a month ago. Albert was super helpful and not at all pushy as we were looking at the available cars in our price range. He never tried coerce us into anything or even show us any cars out of our price range. I think we got a great deal on a 2018 Nissan Sentra. They do all of the registration and paperwork for you which is super helpful. You can drive the car off the lot and just wait for the plates and title to come in the mail. The people at boktor have also been helpful with follow up questions over the phone after the purchase. Overall a great experience and good honest people. We are very happy with our purchase!

One of the easiest transactions i’ve done in my life. I was greeted very kindly at the door and it was a great experience. I came in not knowing exactly what I wanted but was shown around to see my options. Brant was the salesman that helped me and he made sure that everything went smoothly and easily. 10/10 experience and definitely coming again the next time I need a car.

I bought a Range Rover from Boktor Motors last week and I have to say it is the most splendid ride I’ve ever experienced. Not only the car was great but the service is second to none. I was helped by Brant and all the financing and deal was really easy. I really recommend going to this dealership if you’re finding a new car.

I been looking for this make and model for a while and I was able to finally get one when I thought was not going to happen until I went to Boktor motors and got excellent customer service from everyone there from sales to the nice lady printing up the paper work the guy that went with me for test drive and Albert who I had nice conversation about Family!

This was the best first experience of car buying that I ever expected to have. I've never bought a car at a dealership before, so I was unsure what could happen since I didn't have any credit history at all, only had my current ft job. All the staff at Boktor Motors are genuinely kind and really down to earth professionals.
