Boll Weevil Ramona

Good old Bol Weevil. I've been coming here since the 90's. The place hasn't changed a bit and I love it. Service is great, food is great, beers are cold. Now that I've moved back to Ramona I will be a regular.

Excellent little diner in Ramona after a walk in the park. Arcade games for kids, excellent burgers & fries! Loved it with our 4 grandkiddos.

I came to Boll Weevil with my family to visit my brother in law. He recommended a lunch spot that I most likely never tried so we stopped by Boll Weevil. They are know for their burgers, so I was told. We ordered several different types of burgers. I ordered an Hawaiian burger which came with a grilled sliced pineapple on top. The burger was outstanding, I must say. Fresh soft buns, crisp lettuce, juicy grilled burger patty, and served piping hot. Their fries and onion rings were all great. Unfortunately, they were out of tater tots the day we went but next time, I'll get an order of those too.

Best burger joint in town, Friendly people and amazing food! Don’t hate it until you try it because they offer quality food and good company. Highly recommend this place 15/10

Always great service and meal. Out waiter /server was amazing anticipated our needs before hand and our children had a blast. Burgers cooked to perfection. Rare was perfect as well as med rare. Thanks guys

Absolutely love Ramona Boll Weevil. It is our family's go to when we all get together. Games, fun and of course great food cap it all off. Paul is absolutely wonderful and is one of the reasons we keep going back. Great for kids and conveniently located, there is plenty of parking. We will definitely be back!

Best cheeseburger/hamburger in town. Don't expect anything fancy but do expect one of the best hearty tasty burgers you ever had.

Super generous portions and affordable prices! I had the Steerburger and the inferno chicken basket with curly fries, it was delicious. I highly recommend it

First off I couldn't believe this place was even open, all others I have seen have closed and I love this place, so it was a pleasant surprise! The staff was great, especially Paul our waiter, and the food was both excellent and well priced. I am not lying when I say the mozzarella sticks were the best I've ever had. We don't get out that way ever really as we live in Chula Vista and were there cuz we went camping at Dos Picos, but this Boll Weevil is worth making a special trip.

Great hole in the wall gem that has great food. Only thing keeping it from a 5 star locally owned eatery is the smell walking in the doors. Like a grease smell. Not too appealing and honestly wanted to walk out but my legs hurt from a 7 mile hike and I was hungry. Glad I stayed because the food was worth it.

Great service and gave us extra dipping sauces without us asking. Love the family environment!

I don't have Hamburgers very often, but when I do I come here, lots of choices, taste very fresh not processed food.

I have been coming to this Boll Weevil for at least 15 years now and will always find any excuse to go to Boll Weevil.

Staff was friendly and attentive, the bathroom where good - Highly recommend the PB and J Burger Or the blue Burger

Very good burgers and the service is always great. The regular French fries are always a disappointment - go for the seasoned curly fries instead.
This place is a MUST for my girlfriend; every time we are in Ramona we have to stop here and grab a bunch to go.

One of the last surviving Boll Weevils, my college days hangout. The interior is a flashback to those days of restaurant basics. Simple, open, pool tables. The hamburgers continue to be one of my favorites.

Haven't been here in 10+ years. Passing through today. Still great but our server Alba might just be the best server I have ever had. She was exceptional!
