Very responsive. On time. Easy to talk to and work out solutions. Honest about what needs to be done vs what should be done. And up front with pricing breakdown. This ended up being the type of contractor experience I was hoping for and rarely seem to find.

Bolt electric fixed my outlet problem by going through the methodical and persistent analysis on all the outlets we have then found the root cause of the problem and fixed it. He's on time with high quality work and very responsive to our need. Thanks for the great work!

Bolt electric was extremely professional and everything that they did at our home. Patrick help document a problem with the installation of our air-conditioning system years ago. We were able to recover a significant amount from the installation company due to a unsafe electrical installation back in 2015. I would highly recommend Patrick as an honest, hard-working and Fair with everything he did at our home. Patrick installed a new 200 amp electrical panel, six insignificant electrical problem from our earlier air conditioning installation, replaced all of the wall outlets and switches in our home and replace a corroded electrical conduit and wiring to our pool.

Patrick, thank you for all of your great work! Had a used Jacuzzi installed and Patrick hardwired and corrected so many issues, not only with Jacuzzi itself but also with my panel. This wasn't a straight ahead project, and I appreciate your professionalism all the way through. Also, the before and after is super satisfying. Thanks!

Had an issue with the main electrical panel that left half of my house without power. After calling SCE and determining it was the connection plate for the meter, I called Patrick. He was at my house just 30-45 mins later! He assessed what had to be done, went and retrieved the needed parts and had my power back up in just about an hour. Excellent service and communication at a reasonable price. Bolt Electric is my go to now.

Patrick was so great! I called at 9 pm on a week night and he answered right away and was able to come out the next morning for our business. He came on time, and fixed our problem, and got it done fast. Bolt Electric is definitely going to be our new go to electrician! Thanks so much!

Patrick was professional he shared his plans, offered very good advice and then organized his time really well so that it was not too expensive on me. He was always on time and kept me informed about the progress. It was a pleasure working with him. The work he has done is excellent.

Bolt Electric has provided over a decade of reliable service in upgrading and maintaining a large, old, industrial property. Most of what I had done I was able to do remotely with just a phone call. Patrick was not only delightful to work with, but also quick to understand my needs, sent me photos to assist our communications, and helped me understand situations that were unfamiliar to me. I highly recommend Bolt Electric.

I’ve been working with Patrick for years and he always does a fantastic job. He’s completed 10+ large scale jobs for my company and has never let me down! He’s responsive, flexible and fairly priced. There have been a handful of times I’ve needed Patrick to communicate with other electricians in other states to share his expertise. He’s the best and we will continue using him for all our electrical needs!

We have been using Bolt Electric for years. Pat is professional, knowledgeable and responsive. Every time we have had a problem or needed to add equipment or something as simple moving an outlet, Pat the as quick to respond, come out to one of our sites and get the job done! Pat is always on time,
works around our schedule and manages to complete everything even when have had to make some last minute changes. We highly recommend Bolt Electric!

I highly recommend Patrick at Bolt Electric. He answered the phone after hours on Christmas Eve and immediately responded to my electrical outage emergency, saving me from a cold, dark Christmas weekend. He returned after the holiday to replace and upgrade the 55+ year old electrical panel on my residence. Patrick is knowledgeable, efficient, prompt, reliable, and his work exceeded my expectations. He completed all work himself and handled the inspections and permits. I would trust him with any work on my home and I will call him with future electrical projects. Thank you!

For my home remodel I hired Bolt Electric to replace our old electric panel, install a secondary panel and replace all wiring, outlets and lights in the home. Patrick and his associates are extremely knowledgeable and were pleasant and easy to deal with. The quality of works gets an A+ was completed on time and stayed within budget. I would highly recommend using Bolt Electric.

Patrick is a great guy and seems very knowledgable, however is very unreliable. He keeps postponing on appointments and doesn't follow up with customers. Says he is sick and never calls back to let the customer know when he is available to reschedule. Next he says he needs to postpone because of the weather and never follows up to reschedule. If you want someone who is nice but is very difficult to get a hold of, schedule with, and is very unreliable Patrick is your guy

I understand there are two sides to every story. However, you should never lie when stating your side of the story.

The customer never rescheduled with you. The schedule was only rescheduled by you and the customer accepted the new time/date every single time you asked to reschedule. Please keep the facts straight and not lie. You rescheduled because of your work schedule with another client, the weather, and because you were sick, which the customer totally understood and didn't mind waiting for almost a month. Then you never followed up to reschedule. I kept texting and calling but you never replied or called back. Then one day all of sudden you stated that you won't work on residential any more.

As for the price, I asked you what the price was and then you were the one quoted me the price which I agreed to. I only asked for a discounted price when you said it would cost more if I upgraded to a higher voltage cable. When you said you can't give me a discount for the higher voltage cable, I said lets just stick with the original plan and price and you agreed.

I have all the text messages saved for evidence so there is no point of denying it. If you are a man of your word and are trying to do business with honest people, you should never lie.

P. S. The worst part of all of this is that you did all of this via text message and not a phone call conversation. I take this as being completely unprofessional. You could have explained your situation and let the customer understand why you decided to stop working residentials all of a sudden. There was no warning nor any heads up. Just a one line text message stating that you quit residentials and nothing else. No explanation no nothing. Didnt respond to text and didnt answer any of my phone calls. Im sure you felt bad so you wanted to avoid any confrontation, but if you want to work in the real world you need to provide clear communication to your clients. You shouldn’t just cut them off and go radio silence. That is the most unprofessional behavior I have seen. I hope you learned a lesson from this incident.

P. S. (Response to your comment on 8/11/20 - I don't know why you keep making stuff up when I have proof of our conversation in a text message on my phone. I suggest you just admit your fault and learn from this incident for your future career.
