It's one of the worst places in Bakersfield that you can go to. No respect for drivers. No clean bathrooms. No drivers allowed inside the building. No supervisor on site that you can speak to regarding your issues with loads. For 6 pallets, seven hours. Why give us appointment when you guys don't even have product

Come on, bolthouse, you can do better than this. Used to love coming here Was the cleanest facility ever.

Shipping office is so rude they don't even know how to talk to drivers

All the staff are careless, when you come for delivery there is a lot of waiting, you have to wait for an hour to break the seal of the trailer.

The workplace was super racist when I worked there. Nobody taught me anything when I asked and then fired me without warning for no reason and now I can’t get unemployment because of the circumstances they put on paper. I even went to HR and the problem was never fixed. Please someone talk to this company because this is ridiculous

The Keto drinks have disappeared from Rhode Island. We really need them. I can't get an answer why.

I read all the negative remarks here and I really was expecting the worse but when I got here last night around 10pm my appointment was for next day at noon. They let me park here for the night and I checked in at 8am it is now 10am I am loaded and going for my bills.

The worst produce place in the whole state of California! 5 pm appointment showed up at 4 took 45 mins to check in. Then they called for a door at 5: 45. Now it's midnight still in the dock and nothing

Bolthouse used to be organized and ran by people who were serious about their position. Used to be able to be in and out. Now, it seems to always be long waits upon arrival and a staff who seems to just not care about their job. I've been sitting here waiting to get loaded for several hours with no communication on their end. I tried to call them which them in return just repeatedly hanging up on me. Then answering and immediately placing me on a hold and not returning to the phone. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and just thought their phone system was acting up and they had no idea I was calling. So, I decided to walk up to the window just to be ignored for several minutes with no acknowledgement. While I was standing there, I decided to call them once more to see if I could get attention.staff member picked up the phone and immediately hung up so he wouldn't have to listen to it ringing any longer.very unprofessional. I honestly expected a more professional staff team from a major distribution center that deals with carriers, drivers, broker, and customers. Definitely needs to be reevaluated and trained on customer service.

Love their juices but their bottles are too thin and flimsy (meaning weak: not strong enough).

Waiting too long arrive at this place 6pm Tuesday and Wednesday morning got a call 7pm. If it were midnight back into the door wouldn’t be one star.

I'm trying to do something simple with these people but the bureaucracy involving my simple request is ridiculous-back and forth, back and forth communications with them being pedantic, nitpicky and complicating matters with their petty issues. They are not worth the time. It's enough to drive me to juice my own veggies/fruits.

I was working there for 7 years I hurt my body working hard, they take time to attend me, and when I return to work with a Lot of restrictions they fired me any excuses it's enough to do that HR sucks Gladys did a remote investigation from Chicago, when the company is in Bakersfield CA. The human resources department and they are very bad investigation present to two witnesses Maybe they did not want to talk, but anyone in the department who worked could corroborate what I said. They put me in a bad situation when I give my best for this company No, they only left me without this job, but without the opportunity to get another one because of the injuries that they caused me there.if you plan to work in this company be very careful.

Worse place I have appointment at 2am after 5 hours I checked in with the shipper he say I give you door but I didn't know when they gonna load you so what kind of stupid things are you doing if you don't have a product then why make a appointments never come back again

Horrible place I check in 11 Am now 3.15 Pm not starting loading I call to many time they don’t care about driver if have wanna sleep come check in they give you 10 hour sleep

In my ten years of experience I have never seen such bad customer service and Despatche.long time waiting for loading

"no walking pets as this is a food processing facility" is a bit of a stretch considering the porta John's available to drivers are absolutely disgusting. (Standing in pee is exactly what we want to do dragging others pee into our trucks), no tp in them, not adequate lighting around them for evening pickup. BYOTP
