Bonchon Silver Creek, San Jose CA

Waited 30mins for some fired rice only to find out that they didn't start while watching every other customers that came after my friends and I get their food and when the food came it was my friends meals instead I'm disappointed and won't be coming back.

We went in at about 40 minutes before closing and they seemed reluctant to seat us. I ordered the strips which I've ordered at other Bonchon locations so I know what to expect, also I ordered radish not coleslaw. The waiter brought out what I'm sure was the boneless wings due to the small size. They also brought coleslaw so I think the waiter guessed at the order, got it wrong, then tried to hide his mistake. There also was absolutely no breading on these supposed strips. I took one bite and it was completely dry and inedible. I didnt finish and asked for the order to be refunded. The waiter tried to convince me these were strips and I'll give credit he offered to have them remake or give something else, but the quality was so appaling l didn't want anything else. I would go to Bonchon again at other locations but I'll never go back to this location, but wanted to give feedback

Simply delicious, the chicken is crispy, the spice is perfect, I loved it, the beer is cold and the staff is very friendly.

I phoned in an order and they said it will be ready in 20 mins. When I arrived it wasn't ready and needed to wait a further 15 mins. The rice was cold but the beef bulgogi was good.

I’m really disappointed with my order this time. Usually Bonchon kills it with quality, but my chicken couldn’t even be called chicken. More like fried and sauced up hard inedible skin. Couldn’t even eat it. Was way too hard to chew. The server seemed annoyed with me too. I just walked in to look at the menu and she made me feel rushed. I don’t think she meant it but it did make me feel uncomfortable. At least the restaurant was clean and not busy. Food came out fast.

Online order on a Wednesday took way too long. Women up front seemed confused about the orders; kept asking me what my name was. And they must be using a new chef because it does not taste the same. No good.

The spicy chicken is! Soo good! It was actually spicy! Everything else is great too!

Had the XL family deal and it was just right. Did the half and half for the chicken. Spicy & Soy Garlic.

Horrible service! Food took too long to get our order. The food was cold and soggy. Staff was useless.

Food is good but I've had tastier bi bim bop. It's clean with a nice bar, but the seats aren't very comfy, and it was cold, wish I had brought my jacket. I didn't try the chicken which is maybe what they are better known for.

The staff was so professional and made sure we were taken care of. Food was really good and I will be going back again.

I went here the other day met a worker named franklin he punched me in the face and spat in my kids face but other than that good food nice service will come back again!

So i just opened the door to bonchon and an employee name franklin threw chicken at me but like 10/10 floor chicken would definitely come back again for some more!
