Thursday 2 PM. Leaving work early to pick up son to go to his baseball tournament in Phoenix, his first out of state tournament, he's been geeked up about this for a month. I get in my car and - it's running horrible. For a moment, I think, 'ah, I can probably make it, driving through the desert, what's the worst that could happen? ', but I take it into Bond's and explain my time constraints. They QUICKLY diagnose a dead ignition coil. I start thinking about rental cars. They call multiple places finally finding a part that can get delivered TODAY. While they wait for the parts to arrive, they pull out old dead parts and get everything ready to roll. I call the wife to pick up son and bring him to Bonds. The car is ready BEFORE my son arrives. By 3: 45 I'm on the road east. Amazing service. If my son's team was nearly as good they would have won the tournament, rather than coming in second!

I've been having work done on my vehicle at Bond's Automotive for a number of years now. They use quality parts and perform their repair/replacement work with the quality and expertise that you would hope to receive, which many other places fail to do.

Everybody at their facility is pleasant and courteous. My service advisor, Tim, clearly outlines for me what I need to have done and always has my vehicle completed and ready for pickup at the agreed upon time.

Not sure why this business is getting good reviews. Someone who was looking to purchase my car called this business for an inspection. But instead of making an appointment to inspect the car, tells the customer to stay away from the vehicle I’m selling. Why? Did you look at the car to make a negative assumption? What kind of legitimate business makes an assumption like that without even inspecting the vehicle? Are you guys amateurs or an established business? This is incredibly unprofessional. And this will be reported to BAR.

Use them quite a few times and it first was happy with the service I have a classic car that needed a lot of work and it's a lot easier they said for them to work on newer cars and it's harder to get parts for the older vehicles but the last time I was there it seemed like they were trying to upsell me on things that I didn't need and when I told them not to leave my vehicle out in the rain it was left out in the rain water got in through my back window shorted out a $750 amp to my stereo so when I got in it first thing that happened is my stereo amp blew up cuz it got wet and I haven't been back since

Bond's is the best automotive shop in San Diego. They do excellent work and their mechanics are top notch in servicing your car in every way. All the personnel are knowledgable, friendly and explain every detail to you. I would never consider going anywhere else and would highly recommend them to my family and friends.

Outstanding customer service and very reasonably priced. The work performed on my 2001 4R surpassed my expectations and my car was not "rushed" out the door to make way for another car that needed repair. The mechanics were very thorough and I was informed of needed repairs each step of the way. I highly recommend Bond's Automotive.
