Unfortunately prices are not reasonable paying $45 for a bag of frozen small batch elsewhere and here they are charging $58 will not be going back.

We use to shop there for both of our dogs food. One of our dog developed diarrhea over from the food. The other dog we purchased the soft slightly cooked food for. She developed severe pancreatic and had to see the vet twice and be on medications for weeks. Our vet told us that the so called holistic, grain free, freshly cooked food can be very bad for your pet. Please check with your vet before you purchase any food that is slightly cooked. Most of the employees at the store are not trained at all.

Amazing local source of all you need. Plus their prices are comparable with Amazon which is amazing (and of course they have way more). You also have the knowledge and expertise of their staff.

A wise and caring staff combined with healthy products makes this place tops on our list. We also love the Palm Springs location!

This place is great. Janet/janice (I think, sorry forgot name) is very knowledgeable. This is one of the few places to buy FROMM grain free. They also have a limited selection of quality items. Bass brushes for your pets are particularly nice. The “marrow in” frozen beef bones are a great hour+ distraction for my high energy super chewer Siberian collies.

Great store with great options.

I just wanted to send an email to congratulate you on one of your employees – Jennette — who was so helpful to me when I came into the store for the very first time yesterday, desperate to find a low-fat dog food with natural wholesome ingredients for my cocker spaniel who is ill with pancreatitis.

Not only did Jennette return my phone call from a voice mail immediately the following day, but she was very very patient to take the time to explain to me the best dog food that could work for my dog's problem. Jennette gave me samples yesterday to go home and try, and this worked! My dog could not get enough of this My Perfect Pet dog food.

Dr. Steve Carter, our Vet, was so happy that I found a dog food that my dog loves. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me figure out a good nutritious alternative to the dog food she has been on and wants no part of any longer.

I absolutely can't stand or deal with the customer service here. It's unfortunate because I live so close, but luckily they have a store in Palm Springs where I'll be doing my shopping and receive great customer service. I will never go back.

Cute little shop for your pet's needs. Was looking for a specific type of food that I wasn't able to find anywhere else and even though they didn't have it on-hand, they assisted me in finding a suitable substitute and set to order the exact food I needed. Very kind and helpful all around. Would definitely buy from them again.

We visited yesterday for the first time to but a ball chucked. Amazing store had everything and better selection than both Petco’s that were out of them.
This is our new goto spot. The gentleman who helped us was friendly and thanked us for our support. All too often, how important it is to shop local and support our local small businesses.
