When you move out, you will experience abuse, ridiculous charges and deception. DO NOT expect any honesty or respect. They will try to charge you for everything they can, even if you clean the apartment and return it better than you received it. Record the telephone conversations because promises on the phone are not honored.

The laundry facility only has 10 washers and you’re lucky if 5 of them are working at any given time. The washers that are working are so small that residents often need 2 or more so expect to wait or go to a laundromat.

There’s a high turn-over rate here, everyone is moving out after the first year from what I’ve been seeing. It’s very hard to get in contact with management. The additional utilities charge changes each month by a lot, never the same at all or even close it’s increasing between $50-$100 each month, I can’t wait till my lease is over so I can move. Also, there's only ONE a/c vent for the entire unit which is in the living room area near the kitchen so you'd have to keep your bedrooms door open to feel the a/c.

This place has roaches. Maintenance takes forever to handle issues. Property management company doesn't care unless they're trying to take your deposit. Once you've submitted all docs and have access to the unit everyone dissappear. Stay away and do your research before applying. They have a pool but that's the only plus tbh.

I do not recommend. Its ghetto here. My garage got broken into twice since I have lived there. Laundry room is nasty, no one cleans it. Washers and dryers are always broken and now to the machine to reload money into the laundry card doesn't work and when I called to asked an ETA of when it will be fixed the lady I spoke to said " I dont know". ZERO parking.

Place has become so ghetto, no one works in the office and they can’t answer basic questions. Security doesn’t even come patrol anymore. This place has gone so downhill.
