Bonita Ranch Campground

The place is nice, quiet, the River only gets you wet up to your knees and the water is very cold, everything is fine, only the manager is not friendly and the bathrooms are half clean. Even with that we had a good time!

This camp ground is very beautiful, very well This past weekend was our first time at this location.in my experience, I just thought the worker in the office was very rude there was a mix up on their end about payment and the worker was ready to kick us out without trying to figure anything out. I think Joe was the manager and and he took the time to work out the problem that we had. I have never been treated the way the tattooed work treated us he was very unprofessional.

Beautiful place to take your RV or if you just want to take your tent. And there's a 30 minute hike to bonita falls. Love it there and it's not expensive.

Pros: Great nearby waterfalls and creeks, great location.
The campsite also provides water and electricity grid (although the signal is weak) the campsite is surrounded by mountains and there is no wind at night

Disadvantages: The attitude of the people in the office at the check-in gate is a bit ignorant. In the middle of the night, someone held a party and sang and made noise, even screaming and screaming until 2 o'clock in the morning

Beautiful waterfall and cold refreshing waters.

Kids had a great time easy access to the river and waterfall both guys in the front. Very helpful will return.

Outstanding area with breathtaking views of the mountains, very compassive/reliable/humble staffing, & an authentically mesmerizing experience with the river! Must come back again soon, but with just me & my companion this time.

The security guard and the office people are super helpful. Stayed there for the weekend and had no issues at all.

Stayed here this weekend and I have to agree with some of the previous reviews. On arrival, you have to stop at the gate and check in with the office. When I did, the person there was a bit rude instead of being helpful. Camp site was ok and very convenient but they definitely do not enforce quiet time. There were more than a few camp sites that blasted music well into midnight. One really good thing is that they have someone at night riding along offering fire pits and firewood.

Unhelpful and uninterested. We were given a very basic map which turned out to be to an area that was cordoned off (which the staff did not explain nor show any interest in solving). We reserved a campsite and found the area to be an absolute dump. With terrible smells and a very unsafe feeling. Trash was everywhere, no level surface to pitch a tent and the water tap was leaking all over our site. My partner and i are very low maintenance budget oriented grubby backpackers. And ws chose to check into a local hotel instead of staying here. That should prove my point well enough.

I really enjoyed how nice they were.though ididn't have a reservation for a site.they allowed me to park for $10 and got to enjoy the trails and use the bathroom. It's worth it. Next time, I will use this as my first tent camping experience.

So I had the chance to stay her this past weekend. My family and I stayed here for one night and had site 45. The campground is nice just a little packed in. However the electric at our site did not work properly and when I went to management they told me they had just changed the plug and that they were pretty much booked. Now I completely understand being booked but a discount would've been nice. The quite hours are not enforced either so even though the area seems to be relaxing, on the weekend it might be a little loud for some. I don't think my and my family will be back.

Nice place to camp, very chill atmosphere, I had some reception here and there, that’s ok with me! That’s the point of camping right! To get out in nature and enjoy the beauty this world has to offer. The creek was only a few minutes away and Bonita falls hike was beautiful we’re all ready planning our next camp trip here.
