Dr. Sabine is amazingly professional, informative & caring. I love her positive attitude and style. I had never had acupuncture before and she eased me right into it and now I look forward to my appointments. She always knows when I’m hurting and where to place the needles to lessen the pain, she’s attentive and intuitive! Very grateful for her and her staff for being amazing consistently.

Called IPM trying to refill my husband's Subxon on 6-8-23. Spoke to a guy named Ismael who was very rude telling me that my husband has to wait until his appointment which is on 6-15-23. I explained to him that my husband is out of his Subxon but instead of helping me Ismael continued to argue with me telling me that he can't do anything for me. These people can't take the time to help someone with their medicine even though my husband is totally out of the medicine. Now he has to put up with being sick because he's out of his Subxon. Please get some compassionate people who care about the patients. Thank you.

Boomerang health care and Dr. Jones always places the patient first whilst listening to your concerns. The staff is friendly, they pay attention to you, and greet you with a smile. This is the way health care should be.

Dr Hammer is very knowledgeable. He took the time to review my medical records, took the time to listen to my current symptoms, did a physical exam, and gave his professional recommendations for treatment. I not once felt like I was wasting his time or like he was rushing to finish our consultation which I’ve felt by other doctors I’ve seen. I would highly recommend Dr Hammer to others.

I appreciate the professionalism and caring atmosphere at the practice of Dr Hammer. I have had such difficulty with my care and insurance. I enjoy the time, effort and kindness as well as professional knowledge put into helping me with my health problem. The office staff is always helpful and kind and this doesn't seem to always be the norm for office staff I interact with at other practices. I feel very confident with care at this practice.

I have gone to Dr. Jones office for 10 years. He and his staff are well organized and educated. As a former Office Manager, I’m very critical of good communication and management. I cannot tolerate misinformation and I am easily frustrated by errors. This office is PERFECT, never a problem. And they are happy and friendly! I have severe degenerative disease. I’ve had neck and hip injections as an out patient with 100% success. I won’t let anyone else touch my spinal column. I’m 60 years old, thank god for injections they work the best.

I have seen Dr. Welsh in the past maybe about 10 yrs ago and he's been taking care of all of my back related issues.
Now ten years later, I'm back again due to sciatic related issues. I was so glad that they were able to get me on the schedule sooner than later since I've been in excruciating pain for over 2 weeks.
I've trusted Dr. Welsh for so long and he was the first one that I thought of seeing when my primary doctor said that I would need to see a specialist for my sciatic.

Dr. Welsh and staff take excellent care of you. From the time you walk in to the procedure and follow up care has been excellent. I came to Dr. Welsh with a herniated disc pushing on my nerve. I could not stand, walk or sit for any length of time. He has set up a treatment plan that helped me to be active again in life.

This was my first meeting with Dr Ortiz, The friendly office staff greeted me as I came in the door. They took my paperwork and then right back into a room, no waiting, very organized.
After we complete a few questions Dr Ortiz came in. She explained my procedure and made me feel comfortable during the testing.
If you need to see Dr. Ortiz you are in good hands from the time you enter.

Experience with Dr John was very good. He explained me well about the procedure and options before hand and experience of treatment was seamless

My experience was great! The office staff is welcoming and efficient, and the evaluation of my specific issues could not have been more thorough. The explanations I received were clear and options presented were straightforward. I felt listened to/heard, and that problems were being fully addressed with a genuine interest and intent to arrive at solutions.
