At first it wasn’t a bad experience except for the fact that the doctor was an hour late to my phone call appointment. However on my follow up appointment, the doctor was over an hour late. I called to see what was going on and the receptionist said she could see the doctor in her office and would tell her to call me. I never got a call, and when I tried to call the Oakland office back, the phones just stopped being answered—no voicemail either. For days I tried the Oakland office but no answer, no voicemail. I had to call Walnut Creek office days later to ask to be transferred to Oakland, and their only excuse was “our call center in Portland was down, you could’ve texted us. ” On a number I was never given? Why would you not reach out? They claimed the doctor did call me and left a vm, but i never got one. They set me up with another appointment. The doctor said it was her last week there and only followed up about the lab tests she ordered after I asked about them. She said scheduling would call to make a follow up appointment, but instead I got a text randomly weeks later saying I had another appointment. I called to cancel because the time didn’t work for me and guess what, like always there’s 10 callers ahead. You ask for a callback and get one 3 hours later—probably when you’re off break and working again. I left an email and text to cancel and they still wouldn’t cancel my appointment. Idk what’s going on here, but I’ve a terrible experience.
