26Worst customer service ever. I was about to trade in my points for prizes, and some kids came and cut in front of me. The person working there ignored me completely, and just started helping the kids who cut me. Worst customer service
VIDEO GAME REVIEW ONLY
Boomers has one of the best arcades that we have in Vista. Where else can I play Marvel vs Capcom 1 and 2? Also, they have Street Fighter 3, Tekken, Crusin’ and all the classics that I loved as a kid. Nice to even see an original MS. PAC-MAN machine and the Jurassic Park Arcade game makes my kid happier then the Pope on Christmas. Games do cost a little bit more then most other games around (50cents/1.00) so if you suck at games it may take up more of your money then you may like. I found myself spending 10 dollars, playing for 2 hours, and still having 7 dollars left. ENJOY

My experience here was mediocre. The bathrooms were dirty and disorganized and I recommend you bring towelettes if you plan on coming. The food closed by 8: 30pm even though the hours aren't posted online. Many of the laser tag guns were faulty and ruined the experience of a few people in my party. The go karts were also faulty, and one point, my go kart popped a tire which led to having to wait in line all over again. It's an outdated venue with subpar food and unless you're getting the champ pass, it's extremely overpriced.
I had a great time with my family for a beautiful Sunday, thanks to Sammi for the help and for making us feel welcomed.
We had our grandsons birthday party on Saturday. I want to give a shout out to both young girls that hosted our party. They were both attentive and very helpful also the guys helping out outside games and bumber boats. Thank you!
Ps pizza was delicious.
The kids and I had a great time. Very welcoming and courteous employees. Particularly a Sammi was super nice. Food wasn’t the best but the kids still loved it.
