The store member wanted to show me unlocked used phones at the back of the store. The neighborhood is ghettoic and their infrastructure is accessible but not very clean. They are unlike the typical American stores I visited.

Went in to receive help replacing a phone with insurance. The rep just hands me a number to call but it was dead end. I've replaced a broken phone before with boost and received way more help than I received at this location. I switched carriers finally and couldn't be happier.

Very enlightening, I don't need to go in the store. I handle and transfer to Boost Mobile from Metro. It was cheaper. Going in store would have cost me $40. Did it on line myself for $15.

They never have deals you hear about in promos.signal is terrible even when its first week of plan renewal.and if you are offered a deal the exclusions are so many you end up paying full price some how
