3Absolutely awful customer service over the phone. Couldn't understand a word she said. Clear attitude in her tone. I didn't dare take the chance of going to the store in person after that experience.
The GM was talking on the phone to her team in Gridley saying she was tired of all their mistakes in front of all of the customers in the store. This should have been my first indication not to do business here.
After I was promised that my phone would have reception at my home location I returned the next day not more than 24hr later to advise the GM who was yelling at her staff on the phone the day before only to get we’re sorry we can’t help you. Your phone works great here and that is what we promised. So my phone works great but I have no reception? And of course her response was she wasn’t at fault for that. The phone works Great she kept repeating herself. I live in the middle of the country and I was assured I would have reception.
This is a HUGE safety concern for us as there is no way we can call out or get calls in case of emergencies especially being an elder.
No, that wasn’t. We left the phone there and tried calling the 888 number provided only to get call back requests. We went back inside the store and to my lack of surprise the GM started going off on me saying she already called her boss, which whom I was requesting info to. The girl next to her confirmed that she said our area was advised would get reception but the GM shut her down quickly. I highly recommend STAYING AWAY from this location as the GM is not a nice person inside and seems to hate herself and uses her little power to belittle people around her.
Not a good representation for your company but I guess the world is short staffed so it’s okay if she acts like this? I recommend the corporate office review our recorded tapes and interaction at this store to confirm my reports. It’s about the sale and not the customers.
Update: per our contract we have 7 days to return for a full refund. I have attached a chat with their corporate office that shows my rights and I’m at the store right now with the same GM who will not help me or take the return so now I am calling their 800 number again. People STAY AWAY
Only one employee and a long wait time. In saying that, the one employee was supper nice
