Margarita was an extraordinary help and professional, as well as courteous. I had a phone that was locked by an unknown carrier and she worked with Apple as well as her technical team to enable me to transfer my previous phone number to Boost. In addition she informed me of a promotional deal they had for the $50 plan I was planning on getting. The promotional Dale brought my cost down to $25 a month. She went out of her way to continually check the status of my activation, including giving me her personal cell phone number. She called just before the store closed to inform me the activation was completed and then she did a phone to phone check to ensure my phone worked properly. I was extremely happy with the way she handled the transaction and the additional effort she put into it to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I was beyond being a satisfied customer and would recommend her store and particularly, Margarita, to help in transferring your phone to Boost. I can’t thank her enough for all her help.
