How does a boot barn specializing in boots not carry red wings? The service was unfriendly, and unsmiling and Noone helped me. I had to seek someone out and she was rude.

Good selection of clothes, boot selection is mainly major brands which probably give them kickbacks, other than that thier high prices make you go elsewhere unless you are in a hurry.

Last week I went in just to see what they had. Gena a employee provided me with great customer service. They have a fantastic selection on men's clothing and boots. I had to get both and will be my go to store

I love boot barn. For all of my work and weekend wear, it's the only place I shop. Friendly staff and a clean environment.

I came in looking for a pair of steel toed work boots. As I was looking for a pair of boots, a woman named genea (hopefully I spelled that right) approached me with a smile and attentive attitude. I gave her a list of wants and no go's, and given that list, she said she had a few boots that matched my description of the perfect boot. After trying on a few boots that were close to what I expected but weren't the perfect boot, i then explained to her what I do for a living (which i should have stated that to begin with), she then said, "Ah, I've got a boot you can't deny. " Intrigued and feeling testy, I followed her to a boot that was indeed the perfect boot I was looking for. I respect geneas honesty, her strategy, friendliness, and overall gift of listening and visualizing my request while acknowledging my concerns. I have to say, any of the other employees I've had help me, were new to sales or just didn't care. Thank you Genea!

I dont know what i was expecting here but def. Not this to cramed 0 help alot bit to expensive maybe it was just this store but def. Not worth it

Exelent customer service and they have alot to choose from, kind of pricey but it's worth it.
