Boot Barn reviews
7 Despite this being the busy Christmas shopping season, they have a lot of selections that are available in most sizes.
Staff is friendly and very helpful.
Love this store for their amazing selection of boots and clothes for the whole family. The employees are always very friendly and helpful helping me find what I'm looking for and complimenting my selections.
Great selection and choices and lots of hats, boots, and clothing. Also staff was quick and friendly!
Loved it! Best Boot Barn I have ever visited. Emma was the best, she's very friendly and helpful. The other girls are sweet too. Clean and orderly store. Amazed at how this store is.kudos
Great people, great service. My boots needed to be stretched due to being tight. No charge. A service they offered as a courtesy. More than pleased
Loved this location store was so nice clean and the sales assoc were very helpful & friendly We enjoyed our shopping experience!
Chino Hills, CA Location Review… Clean store, modern and spacious. I usually shop the Upland or San Dimas store due to the location to my home. Yesterday I was looking for a few items (CHINO HILLS, CA) and ended up being helped by the manager. After about 15 minutes of trying on a pair of boots and not making a purchase, I started to get the cold shoulder from the manager. I had a few extra questions and got very abrupt, short responses. It almost seem like I was a big bother to her. I came back to the store today to work with a sales person for a hat crease. I believe they were having an employee meeting, and I mentioned that I wanted to see the sales person from the day before. The manager came over and immediately gave me the brush off. Her voice and demeanor became very condescending, telling me that I should not change the shape of my hat. Whether that is true or not, the manager’s attitude has left such a bad taste in my mouth. I will never be returning to the Chino Hills store. The friendlier staff at Upland and San Dimas will be my go to shopping locations. I hate to give bad review marks, but, customer service is high on my list, especially from a manager of a store. She does not set a good example of friendliness to the other employees.
