2 If I can give kern allergy a a zero. I would this place is nothing except disorganize. You call the office and no one respond, you leave voice mails and no one calls. It take weeks till you can just reach them out. They have two doctors who used to have good ethics and now they just decided it's time to make money and provide terrible care. Appointments are just 10 minutes and the medical assistant will be the one that do everything. Doctor do provide the lowest help. I did the skin batch test and when I tried to ask for results. All he said was " do your search" They barely help or provide information's. If you need to ask for something, they say come for another consultation to keep bill insurance. Each visit take 4-6 months to be seen.
Tried to take my medical records and go to a different allergist and the office wanted to charge me 25 dollar just for printing first page and five dollar for every page after it. The california medical board have 0.25 cents as fee not 25 dollar and they just collect money illegally. I said I need it for for SSN case and they obligate to give it for free in reasonable time for SSN cases and they kept procrastinating it and never answer phones till I had to pay the fee to print useless pages to go to a different allergist.
I end up have enough of them and the lack of care and I contacted the medical board california to fill a complaint against them.
Beware of them and stay away from
Terrible follow up experience. Porterville office I waited 48 minutes from my sons “appointment time”. I left after continuous asking how much longer and their response was they didn’t know. Today I was over 10 minutes late due to my sons school traffic jam. I called to inform we are coming but stuck in traffic. When I arrived they said we would not be seen and I would have to reschedule. I understand doctor appointments can vary but to have my time be less valuable and to be treated with poor customer/patient care is not acceptable. Long waits and poor staff attitude does not make for good health care.
