We bought a 2017 Yukon Denali from here for $62,000. Great car but passenger step motor went out. Had a warranty and my wife spent 7 hours there (while good ol boys cars were going in and out) to tell her she had to come back because they didn't have the part. It happens. We rescheduled and then got covid. Had to reschedule again. We were a few days over our 1yr GMC MFG certified thing and they would not replace the step motor without paying a ridiculous amount. Meanwhile the roof and hood paint on a $62,000 1yr old (to us) vehicle is oxidizing and falling off. Now every other one we see in the year range has the same problem. Then said they would get back to us and we haven't heard back from them in over a month.
We had a fabulous sales representative, Haylee. She was funny and kind. Not one of those pushy types! Young but knowledgeable! We also had help from Darren in the service department who gave me a heads up when the right car came in for me! I just wanted to say thank you! He really played a part in selling me on the car!
The service personal was helpful and even recommended a towing company. They had me bring my truck in so they could get to it sooner rather then later as they had room in the yard.
My brakes were repaired and I had to go out of town the next day. My brakes are working beautifully.
The salesman was a very nice young man. I was given a price in writing on the truck that I put a $500 deposit on and waited 14 weeks to get. When it came and I signed papers I was charged $2,200 more then I was told. And was told thats what it is. I dont feel that was right.
Very friendly staff. $ numbers did not change from time of order to pick up. No 10k to 15k mark up like almost all other dealers.
Always professional, good service never trys to pressure other services unless its seriously necessary needed. Clean, always has coffee, snacks, appreciate their waiting area.
We towed our GMC 2500HD to this dealer after breaking down on the freeway. Their diesel mechanic determined the problem the next morning and had it fixed by the end of the day without a hitch. We were so thankful they were willing to prioritize our vehicle as we were from out of town. Great experience, would definitely recommend!
Scheduling was only a few days out for service as opposed to other brand dealerships, and the work was completed on time. After inspecting the work (fuel filter replacement, smog check, and multipoint inspection) I was impressed with the level of attention to detail. The fuel filter and surrounding area was very clean even though I had recently been off road. The service person Keegan also stayed a little late for me to pick up the truck after hours.
Very efficient and accommodating, as usual. Friendly staff. They make you feel like they are actually glad to be servicing your vehicle, and that keeping you happy is their priority. Refreshing, to say the least. Good job folks!
Bottom line is they did a outstanding job on getting my truck back to me In time for a trip to Utah. Factory issue with transmission. They handled it quickly. I now have my truck back ready to head out next week. Thanks Borjon auto.
I was able to get an appt the day after I called. The service dept.staff is very friendly. They take the time to explain what they are going to do so y9ou understand, they can give you a close estimate of the time they will need the car and if something comes up they come in to talk to you. I feel very comfortable and confident coming into the dealership for help.
