Overnight parking, check in early, clean bathrooms, taco trucks. Make sure your trailer is clean and precool. Easy stuff, plenty of room to back. It’s produce, relax it has to be brought down to the correct temperature before they load it. Better than most places, great weather!

Appointment times mean NOTHING to them and they are VERY RUDE. I check in with Shipping @ 7: 45 am. For my Scheduled Appointment time @ 8: 00am and I was told to wait in the "Overnight Parking Area till they call me" It's now been over 8+ hours and NO CALL, I was told again to go WAIT. The FMCSA needs to Regulate Shippers that make us Violate HOS.

Why is every bundle of brussel sprouts I buy infested with worms? Do you guys do anything to prevent this to ensure good quality produce? Apparently not! Since your product is the only "fresh (ly filled with bugs) " option at both publix and walmart, I'll just not eat brussels. Tired of asking the stores for refunds

FAST LOADING AND THERE ARE TWO OR THREE PEOPLE WORKERS OF THE OLD PACKAGING WHO KNOW MY DAD AND MY UNCLE OLD WORKERS OF THE ONION BONCHE JUAN FLORES AND GABRIEL FLORES

Worst experience. Wait time is long. Overweighted me and then we’re giving an attitude when unloading those 5 pallets. Always scale after loading here. There’s a Mac Valley truck stop 2-3 miles from warehouse.

There is no option for zero rating. These guys expected that rating. Worst loading ever. If you guys want to reset your elog for sure visit this place. I was here at 3: 12pm and luckily I received door after 9 hours after the dock they need 2-3 hours minimum for your loading. Do not recommend anyone guys if you are looking for a faster service

Worst place for loading waiting for almost 6 hrs in parking nd 4 hrs on dock just come here if u want to 12 hrs break from driving

Honestly this shipper is giving punishment to the drivers,
They have contract with scale and trailer washing guys,
They will send you for empty scale and trailer washout
Taking almost 5 to 7 hours for loading.
