Bosley - Hair Restoration & Transplant, Sacramento CA

One of my worst experience with a medically trained professional. I went here with an appointment and was told to make another appointment over the phone and when I asked why, Sarah simply said they had other appointments to take care of. I don't understand why would you say yes to two appointments at same time. Wasted my whole day for this. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone who's expecting professional service.

All my questions were answered, and well explained.

I keep hearing bad reviews about people going for appointments and have to wait for so long and not getting seen in the end.

I seem interested, but have not received appointment reminders or calendar notifications.

When I went to my preliminary appointment at Bosley’s Sacramento office, the consultant Sarah was really friendly, very professional, and obviously very knowledgeable on the biology of thinning hair and was proficient on the Bosley hair restoration treatment: At the end of my appointment she definitely sold me on it. Her knowledge and charisma make her the best representative for Bosley. She was also very helpful on the option of financing.

Making the phone call to Bosley wasn’t easy for me. I was very nervous and a little scared. Sitting in the office i was ready to walk out and leave and Sarah Yi came out to greet me. She was very kind and understood my concerns and fears. She was very knowledgeable and explained step by step what was going to happen and how long it was going to take and how I was going to feel during and after the procedure. She really put me at ease. She called me the next day to check on me. She then called me every month after that. She always answerd all of my questions throughout the whole process. I don’t know what her Salary is, but I’m pretty sure it’s not enough. I encourage anyone who is considering Bosley Hair Restoration to ask for Sarah Yi to introduce and walk you through your Bosley journey. I don’t know if I could of done it without her.
