Bow Willow Campground reviews
9Great Campground. Very clean. The sites are nice with coverings, large fire pits and tables. Pit bathroom was clean and well stocked. This was my first time camping here, it seems like it can be a bit windy at times but the night I stayed was calm and the stars were certainly the highlight. Sites are well spaced apart but some have little to no foliage for privacy. Overall 5 stars for sure and I'll be coming back here again soon.
Remote and well maintained campsite. Excellent place to visit during the off season. Can be crowded in the spring. But you have to bring your own drinking water.
Great spot with shade and fire pits. Thank you to the volunteers who keep this campground clean!
It's one of very few developed camps in Anza Borrego Desert State Park, it costs $20 per night per a camp.
One of my favorite campgrounds. There is 1 Vault toilet. Sometimes there is water at a spigot, sometimes not and not sure it should be used for anything but cleaning things. There is trash cans, tables and fire pits. Most sites have gazebos. Wind can be bad here.most the time wind.:)
Well kept and beautiful! Love that the camp host makes the rounds. Please, everyone do your share in upkeep and paying the fees!
-Fire pits, wooden awnings, picnic tables and BBQ grills
-Got decent cell reception with verizon
-Vault toilets were clean
-No running water, make sure to bring enough!
Still a nice camping spot with vault toilets, cabanas and tables. Nice views too. Water was available on 12/09/19. Very secluded but nice. Unfortunately, like too many camping spots in California, it's overpriced at $13 a day with only a $2 discount for seniors.
Fantastic primitive campground off the S2 back about 1.6 miles on a dirt road. We found the road in very good condition and had no problems in our van. There are 2 pit toilets and non-potable water available. The facilities were very clean and the ranger patrolled the grounds just before dusk. Great sites each with their own shade structure and fire pit. On a clear night, you will see billions of stars which makes it very magical. Lots of hills to climb for great vista's. Didn't have any issue finding a spot.
