I very much enjoy shopping at this Pet Shop, mainly because it’s cheaper than the larger retailers. Their customer service is always amazing from greeting me as I enter the store to helping me find products. They offered to explain their bath discount card, which I bought because I have a young puppy who now digs in the mud. I LOVE this Pet shop!

I highly recommend Bow Wow Meow's pet grooming services, having been a client since they opened their doors. Do try to use the same groomer each time as this will facilitate a relationship with your animal, making the experience more pleasant for all. Amy, the store manager, has been with this establishment since Day One and has shaped the business into a high-quality, consistent and reasonably priced - considering the location - entity. The personnel are extremely careful to learn what they are expected to do; the grooming area is clean and organized; and the 8: 00 a.m. "In-&-Out" service is a true convenience.

Being new to the city, we were worried about finding the perfect groomer for our dogs but I can honestly say that Bow Wow Meow is the place to go! I have two Boykin Spaniels who were groomed just today and when I picked them up, I was thrilled. They look and smell great! The staff here is super friendly and very helpful. Rusty and Huck will be frequent visitors for sure.:)

The staff is very helpful and friendly. They all clearly love animals and care about the people who come in to get things for their pets.

Today I had my dog groom at bow wow meow and notice that they cut off the back pad of her paw and never said anything to me when I picked her up.this grooming place is so wrong I had to bring my dog to the vet and they put her on antibiotics. This IS SO @#$% WRONG! My baby is in pain and terrified now.

Called ahead to book a grooming appointment, brought our dog across town and they told me there was a three hour wait. Would have been nice to know since I had called ahead.

In this petshop, the fish tanks are clean, you could clearly see the fish in the tanks. I am relaxed at the sight of fish swimming and seem to be playing around their makeshift underwater world. They look very healthy and happy. This just shows that pets here are well taken cared of.

Love this place. Had only sent Sadie to the Bow Wow Meow in Menlo Park and yesterday we had to get our little 7 pound pooch shaved down because she was so hot. The were able to add her to an already crazy schedule and she is so much happier! Thanks guys
