Very professional and Coy reviewed his findings with us at end of inspection as well as sending written report.

Our inspector was competent, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with.
My only concern is that in our discussions there did appear to be more than 3 significant issues that he highlighted in his report.
The bottom line is that I would use this inspector again and appreciated his thorough review.

I was impressed with the entire experience. I was filled in completely regarding the process and found the report easy to follow and understand. Questions were encouraged and I was welcomed to reach out with any concerns.

This was our first time using Coy. He was very professional as well as friendly. Our appointment was for 8: 00 AM and he was already there when we arrived about 7: 45. His report is easy to read, very specific and clearly identifies problems as well as items that are fine as is. It also includes recommendations for contractors, electricians, plumbers, etc. I would definitely use Coy again in the future.
