We are also out of the 10 yr warrenty and have major issues with our roof. Three leaks due to poor workmanship. Buyer beware! We are in Trilogy Rio Vista.

This so called builder of homes is not capable of building a quality home. I have owned a home built by them for 15 years. Within the 10 year warranty time I had an issue with a leaking window. I would call them, one of their employees an put a temporary fix. I found this out after the 10 year period an had a general contractor look at it. I had to pay $3500 for that repair.this review will continue later, this is just a sample of the incompetence of this builder!
