2I'd like to give a higher rating because they took me in right away for service and the guy in the office was really cool. He helped me find another location to get other things done that I needed. BUT the mechanic that actually fixed the brakes and rotors neglected to tell me some VERY important information! He did let me know that I needed to have my bearings replace right away, but didn't say that the bearings would damage the rotors he just replaced or that my struts were leaking! The next shop I went to said he couldn't believe the mechanic didn't notify me of these things. For that, I can only give this rating.
