Brand Optometry, Glendale CA

The Doctors are amazing and Marie helping with the glasses fitting was super nice and patient. But first being told it would take 2 weeks for the glasses to be made, then calling in to see a status after 2 weeks I'm now told it will take 4 weeks, rushes me off the phone and told "we'll call when they are here".
I just placed in order online with the same frames for much cheaper price, and they guarantee the glasses will arrive in 4 days. I think that's going to be what my family does from now on.
Conclusion: Doctors are amazing.ordering glasses might be OK if you don't mind the long wait.

Awful experience. Signed up for 2 different appointments for my whole family. The dates and times were confirmed over the phone. Upon calling the following day, I was told no such appointments were made. Then I was told that they were on a different day, then I was told that I must have not called. Yet the same receptionist had stated that the only people she had (on a different day was my wife and daughter). My appointive were no where to be found. The receptionist in the same breath told me that I called the wrong office and that she remembered taking down the info, as she recognised her own notes). Was then transferred to Dr. Li who told me that I had called the wrong office and was pushy in trying to get me off the phone. She told me that I had called a different office. I then called back to my original failed number to have her pick up the phone and be rude with me.
Do not recommend this place.

First time being a patient/customer at Brand Optometry I must say the service here is amazing
From explaining the services to answering my questions the staff here has done extremely well with my visit.

Everyone at Brand Optometry is the definition of professional. They are compassionate, friendly and always helpful. Cannot recommend enough.

We had an urgent situation where my sons eye was in need of examining. I called their office at an hour before closing and the staff was so accommodating and friendly. I want to thank all of them especially Hilda for giving us an appointment same day. Thanks to them we were able to have a peace of mind that night knowing what was wrong. I called several other places however, no one was willing to see us.

Its kindhearted and compassionate people like these who bring out the kindness in others. So thank you.

My wife and I have been coming to Dr. Sarajian for many years. She is very knowledgeable, a great communicator and a joy to interact with.

They helped me get my contact lenses as having difficulty from online vendor I had ordered it from. I really appreciate their help.

So happy I found this place. I had a positive encounter with everyone I interacted with, very polite. The office was well kept, organized, and clean! Dr. D’Janbatian was professional and timely, set me up with a new pair of contacts since I had ran out, and helped set up a timely delivery of more contacts (arrived in a week!). Overall, very happy with establishing eye care at Brand!

I went to this optometry with my 4 y.o. Child as he was blinking. He was prescribed glass and we were tell just keep put glasses on and he will get use to it. Thanks God I went to another professional MD and my son was diagnosed with ALLERGIES and we get only drops for 2 weeks, everything gone!
Please stay away from this optometry or at least get 2nd opinion.

I recently had my first visit to Brand Optometry and I have to say it was a great one! My 5 year old daughter and I were seen by Dr. Kochkarian and he was very friendly and patient. From the time we walked in we were greeted and everyone was so kind! Ani, Serly, Rimy and Talin also assisted us and they were all very helpful and friendly! Often times I’ve gone to doctors offices where people working seem so unhappy and treat their customers very poorly; this was definitely not the case here. Everyone was so nice and seemed happy to be working. Thank you all for providing such great customer service, especially during these difficult times!

I took my daughter here to get her eyes checked. The doctor was very kind and explained everything very clearly in a way even my 10 year old could understand. This made her very happy because she wasn't confused by any of the information.

When I ordered my husband’s glasses from them they told me in 3 to 5 business days we should get the glasses. After waiting 2 weeks (double the amount they originally told us), the glasses came with lenses that were scratched. After Vahan told us that they will order new lenses, we are still waiting for the new lenses and still haven’t heard from them.

I’ve been coming here for the past 5 years. I’ve always enjoyed my appointments and have had no trouble whatsoever. I love the office staff, and Dr J is the best.

Brand Optometry contacted a manufactuer and replaced my framies under warrenty at no cost in 2 days. I wanted to add this was during a very stressful time nationawide. I am appreciative of their speed and professioanlism. Thansk again.

I highly recommend Brand Optometry and specially Dr. Aida Sarajian, and Vartan who are very professional, highly skilled and all with smiles. I have nothing but, good to say about couple of years’ experience with them. I took both of my family members for annual checkup and I rate them as an A plus optometry one stop shopping (checkup and frames). I had the best services even years after I had my frames from Brand Optometry and Vartan did all fixed with smile.
