Brandon and Matthew are great to work with. Refi is not an exciting process but these two at least made the process a breeze. Our refi only took a few weeks from the time we initially completed the application to signing the closing documents. Brandon and his team handled our recent refinance. He was friendly and personable, although quite hard to get in touch with. Wish he had taken time to explain the fees and documents and not only send forms for approval without communication. They forgot to schedule the notary as discussed, and when the notary finally arrived she had been given the wrong paperwork. They also kept calling me by my husband’s name while communicating via email and phone, which was quite annoying. Despite the hiccups we finally got our refinance completed and locked in the lower rate.
