Brandy Melville - Palisades, Pacific Palisades CA

I just visited the store in pacific palisades, CA and I am honestly appalled. I wanted to try on a pair of shorts and the dressing rooms are closed (understandably.) So I purchased them and immediately after leaving tried them on, only to realize they didn’t fit. I went back in to return them and without saying anything, she handed me back a receipt paper with the total on it. I had never been told they didn’t do returns. I asked her about it and she said that’s just what we do. I would have never purchased something that’s “ONE SIZE” if it was made known I would just get store credit. Credit to a store that only makes sizes for people who weigh 100lbs or less. This is the only clothing brand that won’t let you try something on but doesn’t give you a refund. I am disappointed and will never shop here again and Will make sure everyone I know know not to shop here.
