Brar Herb MD, Murrieta CA

This is the worse place ever! The medical staff is alright depending on who you get. You get no information about how this are going with your baby. Dr. Brar is so rude. I sadly have to go here cause trust me I have tried to change people but he is the only one.

This place is trash! The front desk ladies and the ones in the back are always rude. They make you wait so long even with an appointment. They schedule everyone at the same time so you dont get called in till an hour passed your appointment. I'm surprised this place is till a running establishment with the way it is ran.

I waited over an hour just to get back to see someone.
I asked some of the ladies around me. One had been waiting 45 minutes, the other one hour before getting called back.
I noticed there was another lady that has definitely waited over an hour, as she was here before me.
The front desk person was less than helpful. She could care less that anyone has to get back to work or they overbooked. Additionally, she is sloth like in everything she was doing.
To top everything off, they only allow cash or check. They gave me a number to call where I could pay over the phone, and that lady wasn't very friendly either.
I always expect a wait at any doctors office, but this was excessive and they should plan accordingly and not overbook their patients.
Its extremely greedy and totally inconsiderate of other people's time. Especially those with jobs and/or kids are home.

Worst office ever! So glad I don’t have to go back! I waited almost two hours for every appointment with my two year old. Also when you address to the front office they give you an update of a timeframe when you will be seen but have absolutely no empathy towards the situation. Try to seek out a different doctor. Not worth it!

I had a 10am appointment this morning, I tried to request an appointment for 11am and they told me no. I arrived at 9: 40am and they had me waiting 2-hours in the waiting room after my appointment time. They were calling other patients to the back even though they arrived after me, so I decided to ask the receptionist how much longer before I'm seen and I was told to wait another 15 - 20 minutes so my husband and I told them we were leaving.

This office is very small, slow and packed with patients waiting to be seen, they give everyone the same appointment time.

I will never come back or suggest this office to anyone, I thought this would be a nice experience but instead it was very upsetting!

The doctor and ultrasound techs are friendly enough but that's overshadowed by the long wait times and incredibly rude front desk staff. I've yet to have a visit that I don't wait a minimum of 30 minutes past my appointment time. Not to mention I leave pretty angry every time from the unbelievably rude front desk staff. They are beyond rude! If you're coming here be prepared to wait forever and be upset over the treatment by the receptionists.

The worst place ever! My very first time I walked in I could not even open the darn door and sign in because the place was so packed like sardines almost hit a pregnat girl with the door by accident. Then the staff is so rude. I don't think I am even going to stay for my appointment.

Three stars is a stretch.
I waited just about 2 hours to be taken back.only to realize they take you back to ANOTHER WAITING ROOM.where I spent another 15 mins. Probably spent 10 mins max in the room with the doctor. He told me that he couldn’t see anything yet and the anaotomy scan will have clearer images.
I basically briefed him on the fact that my first child was born with Spina Bifida and that was about it.

After scheduling my anatomy scan I asked “am I going to be waiting over two hours again? ” And they said “no it’s only busy here when the doctor is in”.

So we’ll see! I won’t hesitate to complain this time around if things are that ridiculous.

Today I went in for a ultrasound for my little girls heart and Kasey was so sweet, professional and friendly as well as the other staff in the room! Thank you for making me feel better about a worried situation for my family and I! Also Dr.was extremely professional and knowledgeable.

My appointment was at 8: 15. I got here at 8. At 8: 25, I still wasn't seen. When I asked how much longer would it be before I am called, the lady at the desk just looked at me (like she didn't care) and said there 2 patients ahead of me so it'll be another 20 mins. She didn't even check my name to see where I was on the list because I'm sure they've already seen 100 people before me. And here it is 8: 40am and I still have not been seen. It seems like no matter how early you check in they still make you wait for 5 hours before they call your name. And the front desk staff is not very friendly. They seen very cold and uncaring which is not the kind of attitude to have if you are working in healthcare.

I been to many dr. Office but this takes the cake by far.

My appointment was at 9: 00 am at 10: 56am am still not even been call.
Full office and I wouldn’t doubt more than one have the same time appointment.
Anyways, I will never came back or referral this office!
Unless you don’t have anything to do for the rest of the day and you don’t mind waiting 3 hours after your appointment.
This office is a joke!
What I thought will be a nice experience seeing my baby turn into and upsetting experience. ️
Don’t do it am sure there’s many great doctors out there.

The staff in the back are really friendly. Dr. Brar is a very good doctor. The ultrasound tech always gives me great pictures when I leave. However, this place is very slow. The staff is rude. My insurance group changed and I had a referral so they turned me away. When I called my insurance company, I was told it should of been honored and I should have been seen. The lady at the front desk does not even try to help you out. I wasnt able to see my doctor about my issue until I was 34 weeks. I am ill so I am supposed to be induced in a few weeks anyway. Every other doctor and specialist I had said this was not an issue to be seen. I just dont think the girls wanted to put the extra work in to call for anyone. They need to stop making so many appointments at the same time in the morning. I had my appointment set for 730 and its 930 and I still have not been called. I suggest making appointments for the afternoon. There is no one here then.

Worst medical office! Long wait times, the staff is not educated. I waited a month for my fetal echo appt and then the day before they called me to say they didnt realize i had an HMO so I'd have to be referred out. The girls up front don't do their jobs correctly. Only go here if you absolutely have to!

You can be on time to your appointment however expect to wait an hour. Or longer. Staff isn’t friendly in my opinion.

The Dr was very nice. Shelly is a doll. I was very nervous about my appt.she put me at ease, was extremely knowledgeable and helped me understand.

I'm only giving one star because I have to give one, I would have given 0 if I could.the front office was okay not great.but the tech who did my ultrasound seemed to be in a mood and a rush. I waited 20 min in the waiting room just to have a 5 min ultrasound and 2 blurry pictures of my baby. She asked me "do you know what it is" and I said yes a boy.she just said yeah, printed the photos and sent me on my way.no personality at all and the Dr never even came in.
