Braun Linen Service, Paramount CA

I got sent the wrong size of pants and called to talk with Marissa. She was extremely rude and impatient when I was trying to explain my situation. She kept interrupting me when I was explaining to her that I received the wrong pants size and even told me that she can’t deal with my “attitude”. She said that they are a small business and only have one seamstress so I’m “stressing her out”. Originally I was going to exchange pants although after talking with Marissa I no longer feel like I should support this business if this is how they are going to treat their customers. I ordered off of Amazon instead and received pants overnight which fit perfectly. I’m sad that Braun is letting someone with such an attitude drive their customers away if they are indeed a small business and I can only hope that no other customers felt the way I did when talking with Marissa.
