Bravo Restoration & Construction, Windsor CA

We discovered a devastating water leak under our house. Because we couldn't hear or see it, the damage was extensive. The plumber recommended a different restoration company who provided an estimate. They were not thorough and were not professional. We decided to get a second opinion and I am beyond grateful we did. Bravo was simply a life saver. Luis came out quickly and provided a clear estimate. Our home insurance was terrible and Bravo worked with us on best ways to work with State Farm when they denied our claim. Since we were paying out of pocket, the owner (Nicole-who is fabulous and really knows her stuff) called me personally and discussed what needed to be done first to keep us safe and helped prioritize the rest of the restoration process since $25K is a lot to come up with all at once. They were incredibly honest, professional, trustworthy and their communication was beyond impressive. The house was left cleaner than when they came and the end of each day. Mayra, Suzi and GyVaughn treated our home with such care and respect. Tony is a lead and came by at the end of most days to update me on any new findings and the plan for the next day. There may be cheaper options, but just know that comes at a cost. You might think you are saving some money now but the risk of poorly done restoration work could cost you hundreds of thousands down the road. I learned a lot about mold and you can spread it throughout your entire home easier than you think without proper containment and cleaning. Bravo took SO MANY little extra steps to keep our family safe that I imagine cheaper companies skip without the homeowner ever knowing (until it's too late). Trust me-spend a little more now on a company that will treat your home like their own. Also, Nicole's employees seemed happy and had really positive things to say about the company they work for. To me, that means a lot. Nicole employs many hard working women and I loved seeing that. Mayra swung a sledgehammer like a boss! Thank you Bravo for your help during a very stressful and expensive time.

Can’t say enough about Bravo. The technician Tony was excellent, hard worker and responsive. Very good experience with the office staff and even had a chance to talk to the owner. Small family owned business doing it the right way, With quality work, honesty and integrity.

My interaction with Bravo was brief but super communicative and helpful. They weren't able to help with what I needed, but provided referrals. If I need something in their wheel house in the future, I would not hesitate to reach out!

HUGE thank you to: Luis, Chelsea, Keyon, Crissia, Mayra and Jesus for all the work they completed at my home! I experienced water damage from a neighboring unit whose water heater leaked and spread into my home. I called Bravo and they sent someone from their crew to my home within an hour or two to prep and start treatment for the water damage. As a fairly new homeowner whose never dealt with this type of situation before I cannot begin to stress how helpful Keyon and Chelsea were with helping answer my questions and boy did I have a lot! They were both very communicative and Chelsea was available whenever I reached out whether it be by phone, text or email. They really helped explain the process of what was needed or was going to happen and helped keep me at ease. Keyon, Crissia, Mayra and Jesus always contacted me prior to their scheduled time to provide me with an ETA of their arrival and were respectful of my home and maintained a clean work area. At the end of their work day they offered to answer questions I had and gave me a summary of what was done and what would happen upon their next visit. Bravo also handled mold removal and cleaning and assisted with scheduling the asbestos testing and the final mold clearance as well. This has been a long process but am thankful for all the help and excellent service they have provided. I would/will definitely recommend to friends/family or anyone who is in need of these services.

Insurance recommended Bravo Restoration after a wind storm and I was pleased with their services. I hired them when materials were hard to come by and expensive and they stayed on schedule or notified me promptly of small delays.

One of their Construction Specialists, Izzy, was a fine craftsman in every task he took on that was listed for repair. Great worker with exceptional skills.

Another plus: The Bravo staff worked directly with insurance and subcontractors for the repairs, which is invaluable.

I had just moved into our home and 2 weeks later discovered a leak and mold problem stemming from our bathroom. I am 8 months pregnant and I was totally devastated that this was happening. Despite this completely stressful situation, Chelsea, Mayra, Luis and the team helped get the mold out of my home and connected me with contractors and plumbers to try and help me get everything back together before baby arrives. They have been absolutely kind and accommodating, very responsive to my calls and emails, and went above and beyond to make me feel supported. Thank you all so much!

I had the pleasure to work with Bravo Restoration & Construction when my washer flooded my floors. Linder and Hector came out immediately to assess the situation in order for the sweet (and organized) demo girls, Mayra, Suzana and Beatris, to start work. Keyon was here daily checking on the drying process and would always ask if there was anything else he could help with before leaving. Luis has a great team!

Communication with BRC was wonderful! Aly and Jacqueline checked in with me daily and Sara and Danielle were helpful facilitating information.

Tino and Jake did a great job expediting the construction process and Izzy’s repairs were on point. Once I was able to move back in, Crissia and Rafa were super careful with my furnishings.

I loved working with this company and highly recommend BRC to anyone needed their services.

My sewer line broke and the team came over to put up new drywall, install new hardwoods, paint and re-install my washer/dryer. They were fantastic! Great communication, on time, very respectful, quick and really good quality work. Fernando did an exceptional job and Jake (who managed much of the communication, etc.) answered every question I had and did a fantastic job of keeping me up to date on the process. And they went above and beyond to help get everything back in place. I can't recommend them highly enough!

I was very pleased with Bravo Restoration and Construction Co. Luis' team, Keyon, Danna, Crissia, Mayra, and Linder were all very professional, competent, and friendly. They handled the water damage cleanup and mold remediation carefully and efficiently. They always came within the time window and called a half hour before with exact arrival time. I was very appreciative of Monique as well. She communicated with me regularly and got back to me promptly when I had questions. They are a great company!
