I had a great massage there with just 1 day's notice for an appointment! The place has chill energy, very relaxing. Nice location in a building right next to Armstrong greenhouses. This only catch is their pricing: They have a reduced rate for your first visit, but if you want that rate again, you'll have to sign up for a subscription, otherwise the price is notably higher. If you want to commit your CC# to a monthly massage, that's fine. But if you want a place to just drop in once-in-a-while, (which is what I tend to need) you'll pay more here. (That being said, even their drop-in rate is competitive with some of the other, more pricey, options in the area.)

Don’t let the location fool you, this place is amazing! The massage with CJ was excellent and the first time I ever fell asleep during a massage! I could tell he was concentrating on the state of my muscles because he would close his eyes in concentration while using a combination of finger point and full palm techniques. I don’t know much about the types of massage, but I can tell you that I felt when he was getting my problem areas sorted out. CJ also was great at not rushing working the kinks of my muscles out, which can sometimes cause excessive soreness. He was also very knowledgeable with recommendations for holistic health practices such as mindfulness. I will definitely come back!

I usually go to Jessamine, she is so kind and always gets out my neck and shoulder tension. She was booked last time I went and I met Michele, who is absolutely lovely. She gave me a great massage and even showed me a few stretches afterwards to help alleviate future pain. Everyone I have seen at Brawnergy has been knowledgeable and considerate. I always recommend this place for the best massage!

The appointment was made based off a price listed on the website. After the appointment I was charged the amount listed and received a receipt. Later the same day received a receipt for a higher amount and was told that I must have looked at the website and was mistaken and I should've been charged the higher price. You shouldn't charge customers what you have listed, give them a receipt for it and then decide to increase the price and charge them the higher amount and then have the audacity to blame the customer. If anything the girl working the front desk made a mistake and I should've been charged what I saw and was initially charged. Won't be coming back or recommending to anyone

The massage therapists are wonderful. They are intelligent, strong at their craft, and very kind.

I’ve been dealing with sciatica and lower back pain for years. About a year ago it was flaring up and none of my usual fixes (stretching, heat, ice) seemed to be helping so I decided to give this place a try. SO glad I did! I felt so much better immediately after getting off the table, and it actually lasted. Rachel did recommend I come back before it got bad again, and I have to admit I didn’t listen the first time around. BUT, after I did go back and felt a ton better AGAIN, I decided to sign up for a membership and haven’t looked back. Pain-free for nearly a year! She really knows what she’s doing, and I can’t recommend her enough if you’re suffering from pain like I was:)

Fantastic! The massage was great, therapist really knows what she is doing! It doesn’t get better than this if you’re looking for pain relief. So much better than a spa! Great customer service too, I forget the girl’s name but she was lovely! Best spot for massage I’ve found in the area, truly a hidden gem.

Jenny was absolutley amazing! I have many injuries from riding and showing horses the last 30 years. I am always in pain. She was very thorough and was able to loosen up many of my long standing sore spots. She also gave me a detailed stretching regime to help alleviate stiffness and pain I get in my lower back. I highly reccomend Jenny. Booked another appointment for cupping next weekend.

My wife and I have been coming in monthly and have always been very pleased. Best deep tissue I’ve ever gotten, and they made my wife really comfortable when she was pregnant. Highly recommend them
