Have recently come back this year as a return guest and love the customer service, from reception staff to estheticians. I go to Kaelyn regularly and have also seen Rachel for brows. Also was graciously accommodated by Ashton with a product exchange. Will continue to be a customer!:)

I love coming to Brazilia! The services they offer are above par, their prices are good, and if there is ever an issue, the manager or the owner will resolve it quickly and no questions asked. Although I haven’t really ever had any issues, one time there was a scheduling mixup from booking online and the next time I came in they told me they had a meeting with the staff and resolved the issue. This is a business that is operated properly, efficiently, and it shows they care about their clientele! Rare to find this day in age!

I called in for any availability on same day appointment during the thanksgiving break. They were generous to accommodate me. I was told the who will be working with me during the call.

Warm welcome during check. The entire staff is super friendly. I came in for waxing and Liam (sorry, if I have spelt wrong) did an amazing job. She made sure waxing was not only painless but also a top notch work. I definitely recommend her, she taught me few tricks to get my brows done right, she is a life saver when it comes to brows!

Great place, it was my first time for a facial with them. My aesthetician was very mindful of my skin sensitivity and suggested the facial accordingly. Will visit again!
