Breastlink, Orange CA

Dr. Valentina Bonev is The Best Breast Surgeon, she is ways beyond and above what I expected from a Surgeon, she treated her patients with passionately care just like her own family members. Dr. Bonev and her assistant Charlene took great care of me since I first came to her. She went out of her way and personally involved with my schedules for other Oncologist for second opinions, meeting with different plastic surgeons and my insurance approval for procedures…. Clearly explained everything to me and advance preparation for post surgery.

Had my mamogram done here. It was a great experience!

This facility is clean (even the restroom)! All the staffs - front desks and techs that I met were super friendly, caring, professional and helpful!

The only thing that I dont like is that It was hard to make appointment over the phone, it tooks forever to get thru the scheduling dept. Eventhough I made it thru their website, I still have to take awhile to answer the questions. Hopefully they will make it better.

Overall it was a great experience to get mamogram done here.

I was very upset that the waiting room chairs were not 6 feet apart. Either were the women checking in at the front desk.
The technician that did my mammogram, I don't remember her name (maybe Carol), she was petite with dark hair; she was kind, friendly, professional and thorough.
As always Jennifer the PA and Dr. West were the best! Dr. West will be missed!

I love my doctor at Breastlink but it's frustrating to have an appointment scheduled for 1pm and no one is at the desk to check me in until 1pm. So by the time I actually see my doctor, it's 30 minutes later. Other than that, everyone is friendly at Breastlink.

This was my first time having to discuss the possibility of breast cancer and I couldn’t have picked a better place. Dr. Tung took all the time I needed to discuss options and he also welcomed my questions, and addressed my concerns. I feel like I am in good hands going forward.

Breastlink is a place where you can feel special from the people who receive you and all the staff are friendly and respectful, a very warm place, very humanitarian, what I love the most about his service but especially Dr. West, an excellent doctor who takes his time To answer your questions I will miss him since he is going to retire. God bless him for his love and his commitment to his profession. And what I like the most that they give you the results of your mammogram right there, you don't have to wait, that's the best, excellent place, I recommend them.

Please do not come here. My mother has been coming here for 20 plus yrs. Apparently since 2016 her mammograms have not being normal but Breast link said they were. Since 2016 a suspicious lump has been showing up in her results and they NEVER mentioned it until this year 2020. We only found out once we requested her records from Breastlink and took them to a different company for her to get a stereotactic procedure for the lump and thats when the new dr mentioned it. Save your life and go somewhere else. Besides the customer service here is brutal.

My experience with Breastlink was very satisfying the team of people whom worked with me were very caring and helpful. When I heard I had second stage I didn't know what to do or think so I left it all up to them and they took care of me and now I m one year and several months without any signs of Cancer Thank you Breastlink for your support

This was my first visit to this Breastlink Facility. Making an appointment was easy! The location and parking was convenient. I was extremely impressed with the facility and the staff. The facility was immaculate and impressive. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Cheryl was the Tech that took my imaging and she was great. Very professional and friendly and made my visit very comfortable.

It was a good experience everyone is nice and practiced safety with this Pandemic going on
Very clean and kept sanitized. As a breast cancer survivor I very much appreciate the care at this facility.

This is my third year going to this particular location in Orange for breastlink women’s imaging center for my mammagram. I love this office and the staff. They are so nice and friendly and caring yet professional! I would highly recommend them. Thanks Ladies!

Very positive and safe environment having my annual exam done. The staff is very nice and polite. I've been going there for the last 3 yrs. Thank you for making the environment safe and clean while this COVID19 pandemic.

This Breastlink facility was clean and welcoming. I was in and out within an hour. The restrooms were stocked and very clean. Hand sanitizer all around. Glad to be able to get regular checkups even though covid 19 is going on.

Breastlink respects each patient and is professional in every single way. That’s from the front desk, to the mammogram department to Dr John West himself. The lighting is even perfect.

Wow! This by far, was the quickest time I have ever had a mammogram! Everyone from the front desk to the X-Ray Technician was friendly, courteous and helpful! Also found their new practices against the spread of covidvto be very reassuring. I would however, having clipboards used to complete paperwork be wiped down and sanitized before handing out to next patient.
