I would put 0 stars if I could this pathetic excuse of a company raised my rates from $93 to $211 because I didn't sign an email that they never sent to me and I spent allday with customer service to be transferred again and again to no one that could help me so DO NOT go with them unless you want to get your rate changed and told you cant do anything about it

I cannot believe how they treated me! This "Company" offered me a set price and completely went back on their word! I called customer service like they said only for them to waste my time and tell me they couldn't refund me but my rates were still going up

The worst experience ive ever had they raised my rates without any consent and no justification i would NEVER go through them again or recommend this scammers to anyone

I spent 6 hours trying to get my policy corrected but after they took my payment it was over they over charged me and still couldn't help me keep my insurance at the rates they promised

Nate was extremely thorough and quick to resolve my concerns. He found me a great inexpensive policy that I'm looking upgrade as I get back into driving. Thanks Nate you're the man

And kind understanding had bad panic attacks but when it was over I feels like a million dollars yea like I really did something LoL all of you awesome awesome to me.

Told me I needed SR 22 insurance after I got an interlock device installed without verifying anything. Started charging me $60 every 2 weeks. I looked up requirements for my state because an extra $120 every month for another insurance policy sounded fishy. Turns out I just needed to talk to my insurance company and I'm only paying another $11 every month to have the SR 22 tacked on. Total scam. I'm out $180 for nothing.

Wish I could give ZERO stars. After 2 years of holding an SR22 policy, I lost my debit card and forgot to update it in the system. I received a notification that my policy will be cancelled if I don’t make a payment by April 30. After a few failed attempts at reaching an actual person over the phone, I decided to make an online payment on April 29. They took the money and STILL canceled my policy and are now telling me not only is my rate doubling but I have to pay broker fees and my SR22 requirement got extended. I refuse to give people who treat people like a policy number my money. Never did I receive a call or email from them warning me about the cancellation, just the one letter. Sounds like a predatory company.

Very helpful got turned down by 7 insurance companies but called here once and found luck rodrigo at the company got me insured in 10 mins highly recommend those with multiple DUIs

I called after getting off work to see if I can be added to my Husbands account. They closed at 730pm and I called at 7pm. I was on hold for 28 min & finally someone answered…. & then hung up shortly after I said “Hello. ” I call back right away & of course got the “I’m sorry we are closed. ” Horrible service. My husband will definitely be cancelling.
