Dr. Michael is great. Most doctors rush you in and out. He actually takes the time to go through your results and what they mean. It's refreshing that there's a doctor that genuinely cares about my health and future.

So, here's the good news: you may have to wait a little bit in the "waiting" room, but it's because he's actually taking time with his patients.

But yes - like any doctor's office, there's gonna be a wait. Bring a book, download a podcast, and budget for 90 minutes from the second you walk in. This isn't a Chik a Filet.

Had similar experiences to other recent low ratings. I have never met a more condescending front desk lady. I accommodated her when she called the day of my appointment to reschedule it, during a time I told her was inconvenient for me but she insisted on; and then the day of my rescheduled appointment I was told 1.there is no appointment on the books for me 2.they no longer take my insurance (which they have the information for and could have told me before wasting my time). THEN, I got a call from another rude condescending woman (maybe the same one?) trying to berate me for "not showing up" to my appointment her office told me was never recorded. Girl.

Never met the doctor. He should fire the front desk lady. She really doesn't do much to challenge the idea that people with narcissistic personality disorder always end up working in healthcare. Rotten vibes.

I hate writing such a poor review because I really enjoyed my time with Dr. Michael. He is attentive and only proscribes the best medication or therapy needed. The poor review is solely because of his staff. The office staff is taunting and condescending; hanging up on you, sighing loudly into the phone when you give an explanation or request, making rude remarks. They have made such a sensitive and personal experience unenjoyable and stressful. The office staff is the reason I no longer see Dr. Michael.

The staff is so rude and unprofessional. It’s so crazy to me that their behavior is allowed. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with the receptionist and the nurse here. From them talking badly about one another in front of me and other clients, to not calling me to let me know they scheduled me on a day the doctor wouldn’t be there when I drove all the way there (and not even caring about their mistake! I got eye rolls from both of them!), to telling me the doctor will never call me back to go over concerns of mine but I can make another appointment. Horrible. I’m so disappointed.

The front desk lady has no manners very rude they never call back the pharmacist keeps calling and sending for refills which they never respond to just terrible I went there a few times and the Dr kept sleeping as soon as I finish my my dr that they have sent me to I will b changing Dr the whole office is a joke

Awful office manager. Confirmed my appointment for Monday on Friday afternoon and then Monday morning called to cancel my appointment 30 minutes before. No explanation or apology. I asked if there was anything they could do and she said to find someone else. Would be ok if office manager was polite but she was so incredibly rude.

I was hoping the other reviews were wrong, but sadly I had the same experience and then some. It’s was honestly one of the worst doctor experiences I’ve ever had and I will never go back - not only do I have serious concerns about the professionalism of the staff and the integrity of my personal information, but I wouldn’t feel safe be treated by a doctor who is more focused on my BMI (which is utter BS) than the completely unrelated reason I came in, makes wild assumptions about my health that aren’t true (without even seeing the lab work to back up his assumptions), and asks me relive completely irrelevant details of the most traumatic (and recent) death of my father because he “just loves talking about cardiology”. All this on top of the waiting 2 hours only to get a prescription sent to a pharmacy I didn’t want to use for a medication I already have (and provided on my intake and verbally confirmed). I think Dr. Michael is very personable but lacks tact and seems more concerned about appearing approachable and “treating holistically” than actually listening to your specific concerns. I can see why some reviewers would feel happy with his service if they’re looking for just general health counseling and don’t mind waiting hours, but I honestly felt so completely dismissed and disregarded that I wouldn’t feel at all comfortable trusting this office with quality care management.

I was waiting for a hour to get checked on. The doctor was chatting with someone outside my door instead of helping me. Then when I called the front office to reschedule my next appointment, the office receptionist had the biggest attitude. She cut me off while I was trying to explain my situation. I will not be returning back to them and I do not recommend this place. 0 out of 5 stars.

I don't know the Dr.personally but dealing with his front office girl was pretty bad. She was rude and was difficult just to get her to do something for me. I'm open to talk to the doctor to let him know in detail what I am taking about.

HORRIBLE experience.waste of time, go somewhere where they actually care about their patients experience. The front office is extremely unprofessional and seemingly don’t care. Would never go here or refer this place to anyone. Terrible

Couldn’t believe how rude the office manger, Christian, was. Didn’t go to the practice because of her. She was unprofessional and lacked social skills.

I can’t believe this man took the Hippocratic oath. He couldn’t care less about his patients.

If I could give zero stars, I would.front office manager is rude and unprofessional. Called on three separate occasions to get a referral or order for a mammogram and they ignored my request. Today they were so eager to call me to tell me I have an outstanding bill. This bill was sent to me last month for services performed in February 2022. These are also labs and medical tests ordered unnecessarily as I was going in for a routine physical and medication refills. This office is unprofessional. Run!

I’m only here to say that this office will not remove me from their call list almost 5 years from my last visit which was not favorable. This is why I switched and most of the reviews echo my concerns so there’s no need to repeat. Please stop calling.

Terrible. It’s not even worth typing out the whole situation. The front desk lady is so unbelievably rude that there’s no way to make the experience anything other than unpleasant. Super disappointed I even tried to meet with this doctor.

Such an amazing Doctor. He is really through and detailed, and spend lots of time explaining to me which is crazy, because most of primary doctors can’t wait to get you out of the door so they can see as much patients as possible. I learned so much about my health from Dr. Michael than any other primary doctor I had ever visited. And his assistance Anita is so awesome as well, so efficient and sweet. Highly recommend this place
