Brent's Deli Northridge

My favorite deli by far. Been coming for years haven’t found something on the menu I don’t like.

If your coming here for the first time I can’t recommend the Black Pastrami Reuben enough. The sandwich is melt in your mouth good, and there’s a lot of it!

Quality of the food is hard to beat here but my one complaint has to be the host area. I’ve had to wait way to long to just pay my bill. On my last visit I was standing there for 10 minutes with credit card in hand just trying to get someone to take my money, but they are always busy on the phones or running around in the chaos of customers waiting for tables, picking up food or trying to pay.

The most beautiful family owned Deli in Los Angeles. I'v met the staff the management. They are all amazing. I've been coming here since I was 15 and moved out to the Valley. And as a veteran, now I appreciate them even more. God Bless this family owned Deli and for hanging through covid. Maintaining their quality and charm. And for taking care of our troops. Special shout out to the managers. You know who you are.

First time eating at Brents. The Turkey salad sandwich was generous and delicious. Split a plate of mini latkas, too. Crisp and tasty. My nephew gobbled down his eggs benedict and said he would go back. Even though it was Sunday and busy, the wait wasn't too long.

Had a pastrami sandwich, a brisket sandwich, and a cabbage soup. The soup was superb, tasted like Korean bulgogi. The sandwiches were loaded with meat. The pastrami was especially good. They set a high bar to beat for any deli, but reasonably it is a bit pricier than most.

I had a last minute work meeting and called same day. Brent's recommends calling 24 hrs.in advance but were able to accommodate our order and delivery same day as well. Really top notch service and food. Obviously their reputation speaks for itself but it's nice to have a restaurant to go above and beyond to support it's customers

Brent's has some of the best food. Their staff is very curious and helpful. When we were unable to get a wheelchair in the front door the staff setup a table outside for us.

Absolutely delicious soul food.
Well prepared and served with a smile, even though we arrived within 30 minutes of their closing time.
I am delighted that they have stayed in business throughout the Covid19 lockdown!

I love this place. Classic breakfast Deli joint with plenty of parking in the front. Service is fast and friendly here. Very large portions. Definitely I would come here again small or large groups business or personal one of my favorite places in the valley to eat

Before we left Sodom, we had to stop at the last place for our soul. This place is great! Service and Food. God bless the people that work here and own it. We really did enjoy it here, took the carrot from chernobyl home and we still couldn't finish it. If you haven't been, just go. There is nothing I can say that hasn't already been said. Both times were great. The proof is in the pictures.

Amazing Ruben and knish. Must try! Wish it was a bit cheaper and didn’t come with fries as that’s just not needed with such an amazing sandwich.

Don't come to this place. You are not missing anything. The food is alright but it is way too expensive. Besides that, everyone ignores you here. I had to ask frequently for things that they forgot. Didn't satisfied me at all.
No venga a este lugar. No se pierde de nada. La comida esta regular pero muy cara. Aparte de eso no tienen buen servicio de atención. Tuve que pedir varias veces para ser atendido. No estuve satisfecho del todo

Local spacious family kosher style deli in the "rib" of Northridge.

Brent's is known for their amazing sandwiches, soups, wraps and desserts.

They have amazing service from start to finish 7 days a week and are currently closing by 3PM on Mondays only for the foreseeable future to help with best health and safety practices for their customers and their amazing staff. Safety first and always.

B. D.is open for dine in both outdoors and in. Though outdoor seating is somewhat limited. However parking is not and very abundant in a large lot with neighboring businesses such as Office Depot and Mr. Stuff's off the corner of Corbin and Parthenia.

They have an amazing veggie wrap complete with avocado, spouts, tomatoes, lettuce and Bermuda onions wrapped perfect in a tortilla (I opted for no swish) as well as veggie sandwich in the same fashion. This cafe deli has some huge salads that tickled might tickle you fancy. The Dinner salad bein my go to.

The wrap was well prepared though had a interesting dash of oil I couldn't put my finger on that really gave it some depth, possibly a splash of olive or sunflower oil.or a blend.

Being plant-based like myself you are somewhat very limited here though staff like Jacob (incredible and one-of-a-kind), do their absolute best to serve you and can be more than accommodating.

Excited to see if they'll add any strictly plant-based/vegan options in the future possibly an impossible, garden or beyond burger and maybe a tofu scramble. Wishful thinking I'm hoping comes try at this hidden treasure.

Brent's offer some amazing sides like sweet potato fries, cucumber salad, rice pilaf, steamed veggies and more not mention complimentary kosher pickles for your full experience. I dined with a friend who loves their cheese cake and hearty soups.

They have an extensive breakfast list as well. Home fries. I'm coming for you next!

A slice of neighborhood meets nostalgia you have to try!

One of the best restaurants in the San Fernando valley. Great staff, great service, great food.
The place is always spotless clean.

A valley staple. Classic deli food, huge portions. Large variety on the menu, you can’t go wrong from a corned beef sandwich to matzo ball soup to their full dinners. Great pastries too.

The food and the service was great. But the pancakes need attention! Pancakes too thick and mushy. The food server "Donna " Outstanding Service! A+ Great personality and caring about the customer.

excellent. Service was superb. My ice tea with lemon was continually kept full. I took home treats: Cheese Cake, Bread Pudding, small container of chopped liver, a loaf of sliced Rye, Mundle Bread, Loxes and Pastrami. Yummy. A+
