Cressa is great! She is very helpful, professional, and friendly. She helped through the whole process.

Staff are great in here but property management (KIM) very unprofessional and they charged me rental ins when I had my AAA (Thieves). Not a safe place to live at all. No security at all, car get vandalized, scratched and dented here. They will not work with you or help you. I do not recommend this place at all. Look elsewhere to rent.
I do agree with "Berenice Esparza" I pay my rental ins yearly, and had presented to the office, but this new company still charged me over $100.btw you guys are not sorry, it is just an act on web.
How can one security guard cover four property? Two hours each property, sometime two property four hours only.
I request maintenance to fix the light in my unite, four days has been pass no1 has contact me.

Brentwood apartments are not doing their job properly two months ago. I had my vehicle stolen off of their property and they told me to file a police report and that their security can do nothing about it and plus they do not have cameras where you and your family could feel protected. They only advertise images, but living in Brentwood Village Apartments. It’s like living to survive. And being fearful for your child safty …. I have made sooo many reports with theme and they did not tend to care so I will be taking actions on my hand or get the

And they still don’t do nothing about it

Worst management in the area. They lied about returning the security deposit. They steal your money and don't care about their residents.

I've been a tenant here for a little over 4 years now. Since January of this year, we have been getting insurance fees applied to our rent every month. So every month, I would call and they would get waived as I have my own insurance that I've emailed to them multiple times. However, this month when I called, Meredith (manager) did not want to waive them as she said that she had no access to do so and that I should have emailed the proof to a specific email for the fees to not get added on to my rent. I talk to her every single month and this is the first time she tells me this. If she or anyone else in the office knew that I had to do that this whole time then why wouldn't anyone make me aware of it? Now I'm stuck having to pay 3 months worth of insurance fees because the office staff could not do their job. I don't recommend these apartments. On top of how expensive they've become. Horrible service after being a compliant tenant for the past 4 years.

I'm not a usual reviewer, and if I do review it is usually to be generous to a deserving entity with a 5. Unfortunately, that would be a disservice to the community in the case of Brentwood. The place really could be a decent environment to live; however the current property management company is not conducive to that for a variety of reasons: poor, unreliable communications, lack of transparency, a cool lack of genuine care for the resident community. I'm betting they won't be around long so if you can wait then the property may yet be able to reach its full potential. Otherwise, be prepared for some mundane shocks: surprise fees, overflowing dumpsters, dirty outdated laundry rooms, animal waste, noise and a scary lack of security. No observable regular walk arounds by supervision to check rule violations or interact with residents. On the plus side, the office staff does the best they can under the circumstances and the maintenance staff is fantastic. I really believe in fair and objective reviews. Hope this one helps.oh, really do beware costly, bizarre, head scratching, random charges accruing to your account that will leave you wondering what has happened to you. All due to either bungled property management policy.or direct intent. Frightening, with faceless accountability, and no recourse. Help

Berenice, my exact situation and I hear there are others. There is something very financially wrong. At very least property management company must be contacted.
I am out $275.00. I have a lot more information and evidence. Property owner, Bright Homes needs to get envolved. We need to come together to correct this.i'm so sorry this happened to you too. I know the horrible feeling, and I'm a perfect long term renter. The issue needs to begin with Property Mgmt Regional Manager. Be patient, there are remedies.
This is a sincere request to Bright Homes to investigate the Business office and the property management company for Brentwood specifically related to charges improperly made regarding Epremium. Please meet with affected residents and review documentary evidence. This is affecting reputation of the property.
