Bressi Ranch Pet Hospital, Carlsbad CA

I can't thank Chelsea at the front desk enough for what she did for me. I went to another vet to get some bumps checked out on my dog. They not only charged me 3x what Bressi Ranch would have charged, but they withheld her results from me. I took work off, I was so stressed, thinking my dog had cancer. Chelsea called over, got the results sent to Bressi Ranch, comforted me while I waited, and then read them to me on the phone. Luckily, they were all fatty tumors. She then scheduled a follow-up for us at Bressi Ranch, and it was so much smoother, with 1,000 times better bedside manner. Will never leave Bressi Ranch again.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars — they are just that good! Amazing experience always! We just got our 5 pound chihuahuas teeth cleaned and a few teeth pulled and it was just the most positive experience considering the circumstances. Everyone was so lovely and caring (shout out to Jennie!) and everyone at the front (shout out to Isaac and Chelsea!) always make you feel right at home. Thanks for everything!

We’ve been taking our fur babies to Bressi Ranch Pet Hospital for many, many years. We LOVE them—especially Dr. Kenny. Both her and Doctor Lax are so compassionate and it’s very clear how much they care about their patients. I cannot imagine taking my kitty to any other vet.

I've been with this awesome group since my Yorkie was 6 weeks old. She is now 8 1/2 years old and was just diagnosed with a collapsing trachea.this was hard to hear but I got so much reassurance from Dr. Kinney that I'm hopeful she will get to live longer. Everyone at the clinic has been so helpful and when I have called with any issue they quickly let me know what I should do. Since she is only 3 1/2 pounds she comes with concerns that I never had with my large dogs. They're also so personable with every visit and I know they are extremely attentive to my dogs health and well being (as well as keeping me from getting too anxious!) I just recently was telling my friends to switch because of the professional and personable attention.they're convinced so expect more fur babies coming your way!

Love this vet practice! My pit bull loves them, too! They are caring, organized, responsive, and professional. After trying a few other vets in the area, we've found our happy place.

We’ve been taking our pets here for about a year and a half now. The girls at the front desk are wonderful, very friendly and helpful. We’ve seen every doctor here and all have been very caring and great with our pets. One of my senior cats has kidney insufficiency so we’re at the place every 2 days for her to get fluids. I’ve met most of the techs and they all take wonderful care of my girl. We’ve also boarded all 6 at the same time here because we don’t trust pet sitters. Their prices are comparable to other vets in the area and they also have their own online pharmacy which is convenient if your pet needs prescription food they’ll ship it to your house and any medications that they might need.

I'm really happy with the veterinarians, vet technicians and front desk staff who take the time to ensure my dog gets good care. They have flexible hours that makes it easy to get appointments or last-minute visits. Highly recommend!

My family and I have been going to Bressi Ranch Hospital for over 10+ years, and I can't express enough how grateful I am to have our dogs under their care. They've been apart of the growth of new puppies and been with us through the loss of old dogs throughout the years, their compassion and care is unmatched. The team at Bressi Ranch has substantial knowledge, and never fail to put me at ease when coming in with a boatload of questions. I work in the dog world, and working with dogs, you run into vet visits more often than you think lol. I recommend all of my training clients to Bressi Ranch for their veterinary needs. I can trust their staff to set my clients up for success with their knowledge of dog body language and handling skills. My clients always come back and rave how confident they felt taking their dog to such a well versed staff. Bressi has been with us through basic annual checkups, to emergency visits, all the way through cancer treatments, and when I say compared to your average vet they are EXTREMLEY REASONABLE when it comes to costs. They also will redirect you to cheaper sources if they have them available via prescription, such as chewy, or online vet pharmacies to save you some money if able to! Dr. Lax has been with us throughout the years, and I can't express how grateful I am to have been paired with him, amongst their other knowledgeable doctors, quick reception staff, and hardworking techs. Find another place to take your animals! Diagnosed our Golden with arthritis in his elbow and then treated him with a series of laser treatments. Problem was the first vet who saw him had looked at his shoulder and prescribed mild pain meds for a strained shoulder. After getting a second opinion, he was diagnosed with bone cancer. After an amputation of his front leg and and a series of chemo, our beloved Duke has passed. Please don’t trust your animals to these people.

BRPH is the absolute best. They are very professional all the Drs and Techs are awesome

My beautiful dog Scout had to there for over a year to receive fluids for her kidney decease

She will never admit it but she loved the whole staff

Today we picked up her ashes and we are so happy to have her home with her brothers that past away a couple years ago from kidney decease

Dr. Lax has been my family Vet for over 20 years and there is no on else i trust with my dogs care. He is honest and has never pushed unnecessary tests on my animals as I have experienced with other Vets. He has a vast amount of knowledge and looks out for the best interest of the animal!

I have a new pup and am new to the area. When I needed to have my pet seen right away, the doctors at Bressi accommodated me. This is a top notch practice. When even the pet owners in the parking lot come out raving, you know you are in the right place!

Always friendly, helpful, and prompt, and very good with my dog. He isn't terrified when he comes here like he is at other vet hospitals. They also quickly diagnosed and tested an underlying immune disease that previous vets only noticed symptoms of. He's doing great with their close attention, medication, and regular blood tests to monitor progress.

Bressi Ranch Pet Hospital is where we have always brought our dogs for routine exams and other needs. The staff from the front desk, Veterinary assistants to the Veterinarians are personable, caring, professional and very knowledgeable. We have always felt that our pets were safe and respected in their care. For many years we have have the good fortune of Dr. Kenny caring for our dogs. In addition to her years of experience, she is compassionate and kind as well as generous with her time to answer questions and explain important information to us.
