Don't expect the front office staff at this practice to go out of their way to help you. Also expect 45 min wait times on hold to get an appointment and they do not have an online option for appointment scheduling. It took me weeks to schedule my last appt because I kept needing to hang up after 20,30 min on hold because I was at work, call back again, same thing. So frustrating and if you mention the hold times to the staff they get an attitude about it. Dr. Coyne is my husband's primary and we were required by orthopedics to have surgical clearance by his office. Our surgeon sent over all necessary referrals, the office staff (Corrina specifically) repeatedly couldn't find them, kept sending us in other directions without clear instructions. Finally advised us to pick up lab slips at the front desk, which could easily be transmitted electronically to Quest Lab, we took the trip to the office and she claimed to not know anything about it. Ever had to deal with someone that just doesn't like their job? That's her. Passive aggressive, unhelpful. The rest of the front office staff isn't any better. I sat waiting for my appointment with Dr. Shoquist watching the girls with their masks on their chins chewing and belching. I know good help is hard to find but this is a doctor's office, try to be a little more polished. I did a lot of research in choosing Dr. Coyne for my husband and Dr. Shoquist for myself. The doctor's are ok, no complaints, but their practice is such a mess that we need to find new primaries.

Talks and LISTENS to you and never seems rushed for time but still manages to keep on schedule. Records all the salient points of your visit and provides a complete print out of status and recommendations when you leave. He has been my Primary Care Doctor for 10+ years.

We love Dr Coyne my dad has been his patient for years. He is an excellent doctor and he cares about his patients health and needs. Thank you Dr Coyne.
But I don't care for the girl in front named Bianca. She is always very rude and disrespectful. Not sure why she's working there. Need someone new that isn't rude. Thank you

Dr. Coyne has been my primary care physician for nearly 20 years. He is someone I can openly share my concerns with and expect a straight-forward answer to all my questions. He genuinely wants to help, and spends enough time with me as it takes to achieve my health care goals. He always reviews my chart with me to make sure the information is updated and correct. He understands my “least invasive” course of action and respects my desire to start there, however, will not hesitate to tell me when that isn’t enough. He’s always on time-I like that he values my time as much as I value his. I find assurance in the fact that he is working WITH me, as well as FOR me.

Dr. Coyne listens carefully and answers all my questions thoroughly. He has a relaxed manner and never makes me feel rushed. He asks significant questions and provides me with all the documents I need for my medical tests and referals. His assistant is also helpful and friendly. It is always a pleasure to visit his office.

I visited Dr. Coyne a couple of times in the last month. He was very professional, very informative and made me feel very comfortable discussing my confidential health issues. I am happy to have him as my primary cary physician. Every time I see him I am so impressed how attentive he is to my concerns. I am so grateful to have him as my primary care physician.

Dr Coyne took his time to examine my situations and competently and professionally prescribed and performed his duties as my doctor for over 20 Years.

I was a little concerned about having my Drs visit by phone, but Dr Coyne was able to address my needs and concerns with no trouble. I was able to have my questions answered, get the RXs I needed and got the referrals I requested.

Staff is efficient and friendly. Dr Coyne is professional & friendly. He cares about his patients and makes you feel comfortable. The best doctor I have had.
